The following is a several decade observation and assessment in the capabilities of HAARP in actual reported data and data gleaned from NOAH.
The first manifestations of HAARP were the manufacture of hurricanes as detailed by Dan Rather on CBS news in the early 1990's when hurricanes were the big sexy. In that period of time, there were a dozen low pressure systems coming out of Africa "where we were told hurricanes were born", all lined up perfectly and spaced. This was HAARP generating counter clockwise motion in pressure systems.
It proved that HAARP could generate a series of storms one after another in Africa, and send them out into the Atlantic to the Americas.
Never before or since has such a line up occurred. In fact due to the lack of hurricanes, it is concluded that HAARP is capable of creating high pressure systems in Africa for years to stop hurricanes from forming. It has nothing to do with global warming or global cooling. It is HAARP incubating low pressure systems or high pressure systems.
In 2017 AD in the year of our Lord, we learned that HAARP was under the control of the nazi conglomerates who targeted Texas and Florida for a "construction surge and profit". You will notice that unlike previous years there was zero talk of insurance companies bankrupting themselves in these billions of dollars in payments. Therefore it was your tax dollars backing the system, and the storms that struck Florida and Houston were for economic numbers for Mr. President's white collar backers.
In the Florida storm we learned that HAARP can make a huge storm accomplish a 90 degree turn to strike Florida out of Cuba. This is relevant as in the Dan Rather era of Category 5 hurricanes, we were informed that they made their own weather and were so big they pushed all other weather out of the way. The Florida hurricane of 2017 AD in the year of our Lord should have sloshed into the Gulf and stuck Texas, instead HAARP did the impossible in turning it right angle 90 degrees.
In this 2018 AD in the year of our Lord winters, we have observed a number of realities of the intricacies of HAARP.
HAARP revealed it produces river or currents of moisture in 2000 mile long streams. HAARP can rip storm systems in two like taffy. HAARP in the last blizzard over North Dakota and Minnesota can create a land hurricane out of nothing in a few hours. HAARP has an ability of blowing warm air from the north and cold air from the south. HAARP has been experimented with to contain nuclear fallout in a nuclear war, in hot spot kill zones to protect the majority of the American land mass. HAARP has the ability to stop storm surges on the Canadian border.
There is a reality in HAARP now that it is mightier than I believed as in long range weather forecasts HAARP alerts the weather bots of coming storms two weeks out, and those storms after being projected, disappear as the weather computers generate forecasts on data, only to have these massive precipitation dumps appear overnight.
The power of HAARP can be summed up on this screen grab. If you notice in your forecasts JET STREAMS have disappeared when they were all the conversation in the Dan Rather era. That sounds impossible, but hiding jet stream data, hides what HAARP is engaged in. To put it plainly, in 2018 AD in the year of our Lord, Mr. President's oil barrons had control over HAARP to freeze America for heating profits. The proof in this is in this screen grab as when the last blizzard bomb went off, plunging temperatures in America again, the jet stream which had been trending north, the Arctic jet was pushed severely south without any Arctic or Canadian fictional POLAR VORTEX, which you noticed disappeared now too, as HAARP has completed that testing structure in massive cold air spin over North America.
It was reported in meteorological circles that the Arctic Jet Stream would move north on April 7th 2018 AD in the year of our Lord. That was approximately 5 days before this long range appeared on Easter Sunday, and right on HAARP schedule, America is going to warm on April 7th as predicted.
Weather does not follow projected schedules like this, and yet two weeks out we are finding massive storms being forecast and now the jet surging north. That is HAARP in weather modification in HAARP literally can move jet streams.
The reason this matters is weather is now being modified not for nuclear defense by the nazi conglomerates are bankrupting and murdering people and animals in using HAARP for profit in America. There is zero doubt in any of this, and if you check, you will discover that weather modification has now disappeared from fringe media, in all of this rapine is being covered up.
I have concluded that the atmosphere in being cooked so much that is it effective dead. Gone are the spiral high and low pressure systems, and all there is now is blobs of ragged atmospheric tears deluging parts of America to a mud hole.
HAARP has abilities to create regional moisture dumps to cleanse the atmosphere. For more reasons than knocking down George Washington trees on Mount Vernon or Melania Trump cutting down Andrew Jackson trees on the White House lawn, four noreasters struck this region with barely a mention in media, as the San Diego deluge of a few weeks ago had no mention either. A weather blackout is taking place to hide the destruction of HAARP, because if people knew the nazi conglomerates were profiting off of this, that the Pentagon was creating nuclear hot zones to kill everything in those zone so pretty metro areas would be alive, that Americans would begin taking control of weather modification which is being utilized against them.
In the above there are no spirals as weather systems used to be. There are no cold front lines with clouds moving southeast. All there are, are weather blobs of torn atmosphere being jetted along on a stream of air to ruin people's lives.
There is zero reason for southern Iowa to have this kind of moisture band appear, as it is not an ocean, but HAARP has consistently generated these plumes of energy from Montana, Nebraska and the Dakotas this past winter, which was supposed to be mild, but every time it became mild, a horrid storm and cold slammed the region for heating profits.
As only this blog reported, there is 5 feet of frost, meaning the ground is frozen to five feet deep by these incessant HAARP cold plunges and the soil is cold. It is now April 4th, and much of this northern plains region should be planting wheat by the 18th. There is zero possibility of the ground thawing in depth by a few weeks, which means your bread of life will be hindered, and each day lessens the wheat harvest later this year, and soil that cold delays germination and delays sprout growth. Perhaps it will make more sense to you when crop production is reduced and you start wondering what you can afford to eat, because the oil barrons instigated HAARP to gouge you with high heating costs the past winter.
The facts can only be reported so that the public becomes aware and once that information becomes more widely realized then this rapine begins to get reigned in.
The above though are just the major observations which I have noted and recorded. There are other situations I have missed as memory alpha is only recorded here in the Dan Rather hurricane parade of the 1990's. Weather modification does exist and exact dates for major events are being projected weeks in advance, when everyone knows the weather people never get anything right 12 hours ahead of time.
