President Donald Trump on Wednesday September 12th, 2018 AD in the year of our Lord, became a Dictator with the President's declaration of a national emergency over foreign election tampering.
The reality is, for this combined United State's Regime of departments targeting "foreigners", that the people of the United States are being targeted in their assets and property are being frozen and confiscated by the Trump regime.
That is a complete violation of Constitutional Law. Americans can not be penalized without property serving of warrants with the process of a trial to determine guilt or innocence. What Donald Trump just enacted was seizure of property in an American's possession without trial and all on the accusation of an agency or department against a foreigner.
Sec. 2. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security:
The following list are the penalties against foreigners which are absolute and complete, again without any trial in a court to find redress. This is not something Mr. Trump invented, as Jeff Sessions as Attorney General has been promoting from Day One, the confiscation of American's property by police on the mere accusation of a law enforcement officer.
(i) blocking and prohibiting all
transactions in a person’s property and interests in property subject to
United States jurisdiction;
(ii) export license restrictions under
any statute or regulation that requires the prior review and approval of
the United States Government as a condition for the export or re-export
of goods or services;
(iii) prohibitions on United States financial institutions making loans or providing credit to a person;
(iv) restrictions on transactions in foreign exchange in which a person has any interest;
(v) prohibitions on transfers of credit
or payments between financial institutions, or by, through, or to any
financial institution, for the benefit of a person;
(vi) prohibitions on United States persons investing in or purchasing equity or debt of a person;
(vii) exclusion of a person’s alien corporate officers from the United States;
(viii) imposition on a person’s alien principal executive officers of any of the sanctions described in this section; or
(ix) any other measures authorized by law.
I desire each of you to ponder this, in a Paul Manafort example. What if you were Paul Manafort and were the party who was investing legally money from foreign investors from Ukraine or any other nation, and suddenly the government declared that Ukraine had attempted to influence the elections in America.
In that accusation, the Treasury Department could seize everything that Paul Manafort had engaged in legally, because of a charge from law enforcement with no legal redress.
(c) the term “United States person” means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person (including a foreign person) in the United States;
Examine the language of what is deemed foreign election interference. In the language below which is quite plain, any person posting on Facebook or Twitter, or a comment site who is not American, having an opinion such as "I really hate democrats, because they are crooks", would be guilty of influencing or undermining the confidence in an American election.

That statement is a foreigner, attempting to influence American elections and by stating Hillary is a crook, has undermined the trust of Americans in the elections. Before you shut down in this, remember that Donald Trump is an American person and if Kim Jong Un had sent Barron Trump a nice 20 dollar deposit for his birthday, that 20 dollars could be legally used to seize everything Donald Trump had from Trump Towers to his golf courses.

The Lame Cherry could go into other realities of this executive order is the groundwork for destroying any American. What happens when a Russian donates to the NRA? That will immediately trigger the seizure of all NRA assets. What happens if an Australian Ambassador is quoted in the US press and he happens to call Donald Trump a fool, after donating millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation?
That would trigger the confiscating of US press outlets and seizure of the Clinton Foundation. Again all without a court hearing.
Donald Trump as become a dictator. This executive order will allow the overthrow of the Constitution and the ruination of any Citizen, equal to what Robert Mueller unleashed on General Mike Flynn and Paul Manafort.
President Donald Trump with this order based upon the charges of any government department, can negate any election in the United States. In theory, Donald Trump could stop any election result based on a charge from an agency or department, and then keep having run offs to elect his choices.
This is not a system of checks and balances. This is a dictatorship having been established. If it is not Donald Trump, then it will be the next Birther Obama who unleashed on Democrats like Rod Blagojevich or Republicans like the Tea Party.
This is nothing to be cheered, as dictatorships are paved the way with executive orders, and the road to dictatorships are wide as the road to government are narrow.
