In the saga of Michael Cohen certain realities must be addressed as the Molotov Mob is by design creating such a din, that people are not paying attention to the realities.
To cut through the crap, Michael Cohen was supposed to be a fixer for Donald Trump, but he was a bad one, along with being a bad businessman, in his connections with Russian financial interests. It is what a hustler does, and Donald Trump is the same hustler in discovering that in selling himself in Gotham with Trump Tower would increase his brand name fortunes.
Being a huckster is not illegal as all of this public relations work is in prostituting movies, entertainers and yes in every political election and political appointment. Any Judge appointed to any court by a politician did not get there on the law, graduation scores or funny jokes at cocktail parties. Whether it is Brett Kavanaugh stabbing babies in the back for his DC standing like Anthony Kennedy did or the lesbians Obama appointed to the court in judging in lock step, people get on the bench for way they have agreed to vote for a politician.
The ridiculousness of Michael Cohen is now blaming Donald Trump taking him to the dark side, and it is Trump's fault all of this took place.
I have been living in a personal and mental incarceration ever since the fateful day that I accepted the offer to work for a famous real estate mogul whose business acumen I truly admired. In fact, I now know that there is little to be admired. I want to be clear. I blame myself for the conduct which has brought me here today, and it was my own weakness, and a blind loyalty to this man that led me to choose a path of darkness over light. It is for these reasons I chose to participate in the elicit act of the President rather than to listen to my own inner voice which should have warned me that the campaign finance violations that I later plead guilty to were insidious.
In the sentencing the Judge has taken the Mueller investigators part in melding two dichotomies of politics and honesty. Michael Cohen's main crime was deliberately cheating the IRS, because he was bad in business and over extended. This then melded into Michael Cohen paying hush money, not from the Trump Campaign, to women who were attempting to blackmail Donald Trump over sex charges. This is where the court has taken the leap to "Michael Cohen must be made an example of in sentencing, because Cohen in these payments tampered with the election in not allowing these women's stories to come out in paying them off".
If one examines 2016 in the elections, where was the FBI to the Judiciary when it came to payoffs, election manipulation and silencing of people in crimes? That is what is so off in this Court and the Mueller prosecution, because when Michael Cohen gets sentenced to prison for paying off women, which is not illegal when it does not come out of a campaign finances, where is the FBI and Court on these realities:
We know absolutely that Hillary Clinton in quid pro quo fixed the 2016 elections to run Bernie Sanders as a straw man and deceive the entire democratic electorate.
We know absolutely that the Clinton campaign hired Christopher Steele of MI6 to create a Russian narrative if Donald Trump won the election, to overthrow the results.
We know absolutely that Hillary Clinton's emails were being collected by Anthony Wiener which included classified information and Mrs. Clinton covered that up.
The Court has every right to lecture Michael Cohen, but the Court nor Prosecution does not have the right ot create law or morals in isolated cases. To conclude that the women being paid off was election tampering is equal to Hillary Clinton hiding her medical condition to deceive the electorate again. If the Court wills to focus on payoffs, there is a matter of Bill Clinton meeting with Loretta Lynch in Arizona on an airport in more "jobs promised" if Clinton things remained silenced, and that includes John Brennan at CIA and James Comey at FBI.
Politics is all about buying access and burying stories. The media buried Barack Obama's crimes and as Mr. Obama's CIA funding sorted things out, payments to local media transferred again when local media began promoting the sodomy agenda.
Michael Cohen was in over his head on taxes, because taxes are too high in America. Michael Cohen was in over his head with Donald Trump, because Mr. Cohen was not like the lawyers of the Clintons in being able to hide their tracks.
These people have to understand that you can not cheat the IRS. Their bill comes first, and not after you decide without looking at the books that you need a condo and your cash flow is down.
What is ludicrous in all of this is the Constitution provides something called the 5th in no one can make you incriminate yourself. A lawyer can be compelled by courts to violate attorney client privilege as has happened in the Trump witch hunt, but Michael Cohen for not being James Comey in saying he did not remember things or stating he could not answer that. A lawyer should know that.
Taking the time in all of this is not worth all the time to explain this, because what has already been worked out is if it comes to it that Donald Trump will not rally for French protests his 40 million armed voters, then it will be a matter of George HW Bush mass pardoning his staff, and HW just was praised as more wonderful than cheese spread and Donald Trump will be pardoned by Mike Pence as Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon.
The end result is America lost. The left will celebrate, but not comprehend the toxic nation they have created which will turn on the leftist politicians and the people on the right will have had overthrown from them their 2016 vote in being disenfranchised.
..........and as the sun slowly sets on this, and Iowans choose Joe Biden for President in 2020, let us not forget Joe Biden got to be Vice President for Barack Hussein Obama in the silencing of Lawrence Sinclair, Obama's homosexual sex partner. Mr. Biden with his son in the Delaware mafia attempted not pay off Mr Sinclair, but to put him into prison for life on a false charge. Mr. Sinclair's disability was shut off, and Mr. Sinclair for a weekend after his arrest, was "lost" in the DC prison tombs.
That is what election tampering looks like, but the Courts now state that any type of benefit any person gets during a political election is election tampering.

The Cohen case on the election mutation to the tax charges which are two different issues, exposes the reality that politicians hire officers of the court in lawyers and politicians appoint judges. Judge William Pauley III was not born from the womb a judge. He worked for the minority part in New York State before a politician in Bill Clinton as President appointed him as Judge.
Mr. Pauley's name did not appear before Bill Clinton by fiat. The New York political system promoted him and Bill with Hillary Clinton nominated him, because there was something they knew of which Judge Pauley would promote on the Court.
That is what the US Constitution is. It is politics appointing people who are supposed to be above politics, but they can not be, because as Americans they have the right to vote.
