I honestly almost missed this, if had not been for Doc Bones living in South Dakota I would not have noticed this absolutely bizarre manifestation of HAARP as it is such a faint anomaly that on a national map you miss this thing.
What first caught my eye in this Bismark Line, was the oddity that it appears out of nowhere this past week, no matter if there is a major snowstorm on the east coast sucking the life out of the area or if there is a blizzard brewing. There is this 50 mile by 300 mile slot of moisture which keeps appearing.
It does not move. It does not shift. It appears on the Canadian North Dakota border, strengthens over the Minot nuclear missile bases, fortifies over Bismark North Dakota, gets another boost over Aberdeen South Dakota, all of which are NOAH reporting stations, and then it simply quits as the atmosphere dries out.
This entire area is arid as an Arctic Desert, and yet this channel keeps manufacturing snow totals in the 1 to 2 inch range, between major HAARP generated weather bombs.
As I type this, I just checked the regional weather and Bismark North Dakota, where Libby Custer said they had 9 months of winter and 3 months waiting for spring, is about 10 degrees warmer than Aberdeen South Dakota which is south of that location by 150 miles. South Dakota has been in a hyper freezer in this HAARP action and again, areas north have been much warmer as in Alaska.
This has me pondering what is taking place as there is not any reason for it. I have watched the latest HAARP storm move through this region as the winds blow out of the North and the storms move West to East.
They are feeding atmospheric air down to freeze this area to create home heating fuel use and have been engaged in snow dumps as on the east coast, but there are two different systems involved in this, well three if you count the west coast which has systems slamming in, trying to enter Canada, but are blocked on the border and then pound the Midwest.
The New England storms though are nothing of these Plains storms which sort of vanish after Minnesota. The New England storms are all Texas generated.
This Bismark Slot though almost seems a trial of even in major storm systems, that HAARP can contain nuclear fall out from a nuclear attack on the Minot base, by producing a constant stream of moisture in a mini weather system which seems unaffected even in major events as the moisture gets more pronounced.
This is quite an achievement of create a river in a hurricane, but the tests indicate this is operational. In the above, you will notice that eastern Iowa which has been pounded a great deal as of late, has this moisture plume regenerating over this area in the same river of energy. Perhaps the reality is that Aberdeen SD in the James River Valley can all die of nuclear fall out, which will flow into the Missouri River, but a dry slot over Sioux Falls , SD will protect Iowa from the radioactive deluge.
So HAARP is not just selling heating oil in New England and propane in Minnesota, but is in the HAARP Nethers forming a radioactive slot of containment by the evidence. This all disgusts me as the selling of heating fuel has been killing piles of humans in this stress, as much as wildlife, pets and livestock across America. What should have been a balmy winter for most of America, has become Arctic without any breaks and the stress is too much. As I am the only one who is trying to expose this now, and only a few people care enough to donate as nothing I do in pleading to rich people will get them to donate, it is a point that God's Judgment should come, as the burdens of this are too much and as the majority who are sitting in luxury think they are immune, they may as well get the same outcome that the mother checked out with.
The President can talk about missile shields, but what HAARP is engaged in is dealing with a worthless missile shield which is unable to stop a Eurasian attack. I have provided the evidence of this along with the reality that it is almost impossible to find jet stream data, and the data I do watch has been flowing West to East, and still the Arctic cold is in America which is another impossibility and why the Weather Mods are hiding the meteorological data as winds blowing out of Canada for weeks at a time, as storm systems move independently north or east into that wind, all expose the actions of HAARP being the tempest in thee American tea pot.
