With the epidemic of retired generals from Colin Powell to Mike Mullen, engaged in full insurrection against the President of the United States, it is time for the President in his million man call up, to reactivate these soldiers, and bring them to court martial.
The Uniform Code of Military Justice prohibits using "contemptuous words" against the president.
The section which prohibits this kind of treachery also has a unique authority in it, as this treachery will be punished as the Court Martial directs. That means the window is open for execution.
10 U.S. Code § 888 - Art. 88. Contempt toward officials
Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Homeland Security, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
This Lame Cherry advocates this necessary remedy, in what would be more fitting than serving Soldiers of the US military, lining up in firing squad to execute convicted officers by these military courts.
These officers should not be hung for the scoundrels they are, but shot by the Soldiers they betrayed. The military should police it's ranks and this must be a hands on situation of the military cleansing it's own ranks.
