The President according to the matrix will receive 360 electoral college votes from the 50 States. The requirement is 270 electoral college votes to be President. The way this reads, the President will tip the scales sometime in Minnesota. It does not matter if Bungholer John Roberts intrigue continues in east coast states not being called, as once this crosses the Missouri River, there will be ample electoral votes to declare Donald Trump the winner in 2020 AD in the year of our Lord.
