In November December of that year, Americans were given an inoculation dose to ward off the Wuhan 1 virus which was set to be released by China.
Instead, the Mirror viruses were released in China. A most lethal strain spread in feces and another inoculation.
The PLA began deliberately spreading the deadly L strain into the United States, with help by the Obama faction, as that is what this virus was meant for in to install Biden and change the world order.
The original Wuhan strain did activate off of vaccines. It is one reason this biological weapon had different symptoms. The other reason is, there have actually been several different strains in circulation.
