The Lame Cherry advises the following time line for President Donald Trump, as civilian courts subverting the rule of law and the department of justice subverting Presidential oversight, the President of the United States has fully exposed that the rule of law has been vanquished by a majority of fellow travelers.
The President of these United States can no longer wait to act to defend the United States and her Citizens from enemies foreign and domestic.
The President should execute a plan of action at 10 PM Eastern Standard Time, whereby he activates with military authority for the Secretary of Defense to go active based upon the September 2018 AD in the year of our Lord, Executive Order, declaring a national emergency in foreign interference in American elections.
Based upon the actions of the corrupt politicians, courts, media and industry, the President must invoke the Insurrection Act.
By these legal authorities, the President will declare that the 2020 elections are hereby nationalized and under review of the Chief Military Tribunal, led by General Flynn, Vice Admiral John Poindexter and General McInerney.
At midnight the Tribunal will issue orders for the Governors, Lt. Governors and Secretaries of State of Arizona, Nevada, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia will be taken into custody and the Republican Speakers of the House will be sworn is as Executive with Officers from this list, acting as Military Governors of these districts, coordinating with the Executives.
On Saturday December 12th, the Tribunal will rule that the elections were fraudulent, will remove fraudulent votes by enemies foreign and domestic, and release a correct tabulation of the November 3rd vote.
On Sunday December 13th, the Tribunal will name the electoral college representatives of the said states, certify them and collect all 50 states and territories electoral college into the Tribunal's custody, which will at 12:01 AM on Monday, December 14th, be turned over to Vice President Mike Pence, presiding over the Senate, whereby under military armed guard, be opened and officially tabulated in President Donald Trump was re elected, with further stipulation that the Tribunal will continue to issue warrants of arrest, and examine thee entire election corruption, in awarding the true number of President Trump's electoral college electors, numbers at 360, which includes criminal fraud in Minnesota and Virginia.
