On December 9th, the Supreme Court of Justice Sam Alito stands to reset the foundation of these United States in Biden election theft, by the brilliant mind of Justice Clarence Thomas.
There is a theory going on in the back channels of the internet what Justice Alito was engaged in when he mandated Pennsylvania reply on their allowing of fraudulent mail in ballots which placed Joe Biden as the elector in chief of vote fraud.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is a corrupt body, as corrupt as Bunghole John Roberts in finding new ways to steal elections, and in that, it appears that Sam Alito was well aware of all of the fraud in these United States engaged in by political machines, politicians and the courts with the Biden campaign. Pennsylvania has disenfranchised most of the voters in the United States along with all the other Biden election theft states and in that reality, the Supreme Court left a week for Pennsylvania to respond to the order from Justice Alito, and in that this is moving toward a full vote by the 9 Justices.
While I do not agree with the Red State summary that the Court would punish Pennsylvania by setting aside their 20 votes so no one received them, as that is unfair to the legitimate victor in President Donald Trump, I do believe that the 2.5 million votes (800,000 more votes than voters) will be nullified by the Supreme Court.
I honestly still believe in this issue of criminal fraud, that Justice Kagan may vote with the majority in a 6 - 3 ruling, which will leave John Roberts in the minority, and without a voice.
See if Roberts voted with the majority, he would not get to write the historical paper, that is why this Bungholers voted for Obamacare, in he could rewrite Constitutional law for his egomaniac mind.
Instead Justice Sam Alito will assign the author, and that stands to be Clarence Thomas writing the greatest Court decision of the past two centuries. Roberts will not write the minority opinion either, as Justice Sotoymayor has already seen to silencing the Bungholer from the liberal position.
By giving the state until Dec. 9 to respond, Justice Alito has cut off a “notice and opportunity” complaint from the state defendants.
If that is where the outcome is headed, we then have the question of which Justice would be responsible for writing an opinion for the majority. If the Chief Justice voted with the majority, he would decide who writes the opinion. If the Chief Justice were to vote with the minority — which based on his recent comments seems likely — and Justice Thomas is in the majority, then Justice Thomas would decide who would write the opinion.
Has there ever been a Justice of the Supreme Court with more cause to castigate the political parties and various political branches of the federal and state governments for their politicization of the judiciary? Is the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and its conduct not the epitome of the politicization of the judiciary?
I can certainly envision this as the moment in history where Justice Thomas stepped forward to say “Enough!”
I believe this ruling is far reaching, beyond Pennsylvania. This ruling will set aside, Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin. That means the President would retake his stolen votes there due to Biden fraud.
The dynamics of the Court have been set in New York and California attacks on religious freedom. Justice Gorsuch mopped the floor with Bunghole Roberts in the New York case, and in that, we have the lines drawn in the Supreme Court, because it was John Roberts who betrayed the Conservative Justices in the original Pennsylvania ruling in allowing vote fraud. This group of 5 has cemented their voting together, and they will be the majority opinion. What would be monumental though is if Thomas and Kagan both wrote for the majority, which would shatter the Robert's court forever.
This is a battle point to watch in December 9th. Justice Alito is a brilliant mind. He knew exactly what he was doing and what he was setting up. His speech at the Federalist was a battle cry for Conservatives to bring cases to the Courts as they would be found in Constitutional favor. It would be utterly shocking for Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas to have not more taking place in this December 9th deadline. This is the Conservative's opportunity to set this court on it's correct path, the one that Anton Scalia wrote of for his entire life.
If Justice Alito with the majority does what it looks like they are engaged in, this is the tipping point, in everything will begin tipping for President Trump. It will then be appeals filed, which indeed may not be heard, meaning the Alito rule stands. If the appeals are heard, then the hard evidence which is not yet made public from the DIA and NSA should appear then, and that evidence will obliterate the election fraud of Joe Biden.
This will be the fulfillment of the splitting of the DNC as Webster Griffin Tarpley stated was the elite's plan, as Biden will be the pariah exposed he is, and the AOC leadership of CIA will eclipse criminal Obama, and the new Trump party will rise.
It is now showtime, and something in this must break for the President. This is the the direct shot which will sink Joe Biden in the Alito Rule.
