Well, it is revealing to know what US Law will be defined as under Pedo Joe's Merrick Garland, as terrorism can only be defined as such, if it happens in daytime and interrupts the democratic process.
When questioned by Senator Josh Hawley about if he considers Antifa and Black Lives Matter attacks on the courthouse in Portland to be “domestic terrorism,” Joe Biden’s Attorney General nominee Merrick Garland said he might not, because those attacks happened at night.
Garland said that his personal definition of domestic terrorism is the use of violence or threats of violence to interrupt the democratic process, therefore, attacks on buildings at night probably don’t count.
This revelation lets off ANTIFA and BLM, but it also makes Clinton, Bush and Obama as mass murderers as they were waging wars on "terrorists" and last time I checked, Sheikh bin Laden did attack America in the daylight, but there were no democratic processes hindered at the Twin Towers or Pentagon, In fact, I remember John Kerry as Senator, being told to flee and instead was outside with other Senators looking up at the sky, having nothing else to do in Congress.
I think this revelation is important to America's enemies, as if terrorists only attack at night, and never interrupt democratic processes, then they can't be branded as terrorists...........they would just be criminals, fugitives and as Obama liked police actions, all these fugitives from justice would have to be extradited by legal means and not war. This of course means that Biden must end these Clinton, Bush and Obama wars, as they are illegal or Biden will be guilty of mass murder too, as there is not a terrorist who interrupted any US political stuff. The Patriot Act in fact is toast, as Merrick Garland just changed the rules.
Now do not get me wrong, I would enjoy seeing Clinton, Bush and Obama, get the Paul Manafort treatment by the FBI for their crimes in attacking terrorists with the military when they should have just sent some writ or something to have them arrested.
So all you terrorists out there, know that terrorism does need to terrify people. Terrorism now is an act in daylight and interrupts democratic things. I do hope that Attorney General Garland clarifies in this, if twilight is daylight or darkness, and if dawn and dusk are day or night, and if an eclipse happen does that change the legal standing in how much light or dark does it require to make it terrorism. Is a cloudy day enough to change the definition of terrorism? If an event takes place in a dark movie theater, is a dark room a cover for terrorism?
The Lame Cherry is thankful for Merrick Garland stating what is terrorism and what is not, but it means that most of the people, and that is Joe Biden as he was Vice President, involved in the now murder of the innocent Sheikh bin Laden, as officials can not just invade other countries and murder people who are not terrorists.
It will really be something when Merrick Garland marches in, and strings up Joe Biden. And remember that Donald Trump changed the execution rules in I think he brought back the guillotine too. Yes I can hear Merrick now, "Mr. Presidents, you murdered criminals, not terrorists, and now I am executing you all".
