As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
Now that President Donald Trump has skated again, we have in America the Trump casualties which he should have put blanket amnesty over, but are now being criminalized.
The subject of this is a former Purple Heart recipient of Christopher Kuehne, a good German boy from Kansas who did two tours in Iraq, but walked away unlike Ashli Babbitt another two term Veteran who was murdered.
In reading the story of the charges against Kuehen, he trespassed, and let us get that straight in all this mumbo jumbo of charges, in he was somewhere the government says he was not supposed to be.
While there, he put a piece of furniture in the way of a gate so it would not shut, so other protesters, FBI assets, DC police assets were let in to the Capitol, with full media coverage, could enter the building.
This is a valid point, in Kuehne is being charges for things, but where are the charges for the DC police who let people into the building. If you work at a bank and let people into the vault and they take things, is not that your crime too, not the people in the building? Yes it is.
And who knew were the bats were in the Capitol and were handing them out through the window? No charges on that group either.
OK so Kuehne trespassed which is not a felony. He never rioted, he never did a thing to harm anyone, so it is a nothing charge, but then the DOJ US Attorneys which Joe Biden is all going to fire according to reports, stated that Kuehne was in communication with the Proud Boys.
So was the FBI, and that is not crime.
Nor is it a crime that Kuehne had yellow police tape and his group were wearing it. That is in claim against Kuehne, and again, it is not a crime.
He also was wearing some kind of bullet proof attire. Again, not a crime and as Ashli Babbitt was murdered, it was a pretty sound protection as the police all had body armor on, and again, they let the rioters in, which Nancy Pelosi had refused reinforcements the day before when requested repeatedly.
These are the "charges".
He is charged with conspiracy, civil disorder, obstruction of an official proceeding, knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds
Ok, the conspiracy is he talked to someone. Unless they were coordinating battering rams or giving directions in talking to others, not a valid charge.
Civil Disorder, again you have to be disorderly to be disorderly, and putting a piece of furniture into a gateway is not exactly being disorderly. Breaking things, pushing cops around, that is disorderly conduct.
Obstruction of Joe Biden stealing an election. Again, how many lunatic left have screamed from the balcony at Congress and were released. It is really hard to disrupt Congress, when Congress had already left the building by the time Kuehne was in the building.
Trespass, yeah but that is the People's House, so if you are not a native of DC, how is someone supposed to know what are barriers when the cops are letting people in.
Last charge is disorderly conduct, sounds like doubling up on the civil disorder.
OK now that all of that is in the unclear air, let us get to the crux of the matter. Why was Ashli Babbitt murdered? Same reason that little gal from Carolina face court martial after leaving the army. Same reason Kuehne is being gas lighted and it is why the Pentagon locked all military people down before January 6th and the 20th, it is because they are intimidating Soldiers to be the new SecDef/s sodom zombies. They are making examples of Soldiers to intimidate other Soldiers and throwing them all out of the military for the fat snowfakes who are just rape projectiles for Chinese PLA and Russian rape cock hordes.
That is why Kuehne is being scapegoated. Like all federal filings, they look like something Rudy Giuliani created while drinking his 9th bourbon before lunch. The fact is when George Washington's Americans and Troops rebelled, he pardoned the lot and sent them home, as he was an American President who understood that Americans mean no harm.
Kuehne meant no harm. If he did, he would have done real damage. It is a testament to the US Marines that they were still turning out fine Soldiers before SecDef Lloyd appeared with his Biden Inquisition.
The Judge should be tolerant of this wounded Veteran, and tell him that he was set up, that is the way things are, so stop getting led around by politics, and stay the hell out of Washington DC. until a Republican is President. Kuehne agrees to that, he will keep his word and like most of us be done with politics.
Let us have compassion on Americans, especially the ones who fought and were wounded so they could be betrayed by the very system they protected.

Aformer Marine Scout Sniper and Purple Heart recipient is accused of taking part in the Jan. 6 Capitol riots, according to the Marine Corps and Justice Department.
Christopher Charles Kuehne, 47, served in the Marine Corps from 1993 until 2013, during which he deployed to Iraq twice: from September 2004 until March 2005 and then from January until December 2006, according to his service record.
In his 20-year career, Kuehne had four military occupational specialties: 0311 Rifleman; 8541 Scout Sniper; 0802 Field Artillery Officer; and 0180 Adjutant, according to the Marine Corps.
He left the Marine Corps as a captain and his last duty assignment was with the 9th Communication Battalion at Camp Pendleton, California. His awards include the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, three Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, two Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal.
Prosecutors accuse Kuehne and four other people of forcing their way into the Capitol building on Jan. 6 and hindering police officers’ efforts to hold the rioters at bay, according to an affidavit filed in federal court in support of a criminal complaint and an arrest warrant.
Specifically, Kuehne and the others allegedly tried to stop steel barriers inside the Capitol building from closing as police officers tried to secure the grounds from the invading mob, the affidavit says.
“Kuehne grabbed what appears to be a podium and placed the podium strategically in the track of one of the barriers, which action would likely prevent the barrier from closing,” the affidavit says.
Kuehne is also accused of carrying two rolls of orange tape, which was worn by all five people accused of breaking into the Capitol building as well as others in the crowd, the affidavit says. Investigators are not sure what the orange tape was supposed to signify.
Photos purportedly show Kuehne taking part in the Capitol riots while wearing what appears to be a ballistic plate carrier, the affidavit says. A search of his cell phone data revealed that the phone was on Capitol Hill that day.
One of the people whom Kuehne allegedly interacted with that day is William Chrestman, whom prosecutors accuse of interacting with several members of the Proud Boys militia before the Capitol was breached, the affidavit says.
Kuehne was arrested on Feb. 11 and released the following day from Wyandotte County Detention Center in Kansas, according to the jail’s website.
He is charged with conspiracy, civil disorder, obstruction of an official proceeding, knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, according to the Justice Department.
