Ely Ratner Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense
Ely Ratner is the former Executive Vice President and Director of Studies at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), where he was a member of the executive team and responsible for managing the Center’s research agenda and staff.
Ratner served from 2015 to 2017 as the deputy national security advisor to Vice President Joe Biden, and from 2011 to 2012 in the office of Chinese and Mongolian affairs at the State Department. He also previously worked in the U.S. Senate as a professional staff member on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and in the office of Senator Joe Biden.
Outside of government, Ratner has worked as the Maurice R. Greenberg senior fellow for China studies at the Council on Foreign Relations, a senior fellow and deputy director of the Asia-Pacific security program at CNAS, and as an associate political scientist at the RAND Corporation.
Ratner received his B.A. from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

It has been textbook easy to dismiss the flakes of the left, from Les Aspin to the unmemorables that Barack Hussein Obama churned out, but the boy genius who has been with Pedo Joe Biden since Biden was in the Senate is a different sort altogether.
While all of you have been looking at the diversions, something was brought to my attention Ely Ratner and a number of things began to gel on what China policy that Joe Biden is leaving for his replacement in foreign born, Kamala Harris. If you read Biden's statement, he was not directing China policy, but was instead being briefed by the most incompetent SecDef in Lloyd Austin. In the nuances of the articles published on this, one soon discovers that it was Austin who chose Ely Ratner to be his special advisor. That is code for, "I got this job by promising Biden that Ratner would form the framework of US China policy for the 1% which installed Joe Biden.
What is being formed on China in US policy, is a Manhattan Project of foreign relations. It will take place in 4 months, and become the Biden Doctrine formed in cement. What is revealing in this is the SecDef fired all the outside civilian advisers under the cover that Trump had appointed around 80 of them. Hundreds were fired in the best minds America had serving the 1%. It is now evident that the Sec Def fired hundreds of connected people, so that those people would not have a clue as to what is going on in US China policy.
To make this short, the final report will be shared with some in Congress, but remain behind the Pentagon's walls in security. This is a policy paper which will be "interagency" that means it will be coordinated from the CIA, NSA, DIA, FBI and all of their tentacles. Whatever this paper is, is immense, as in some articles it states that Ratner is leading a 15 member committee, while other reports state 15 DOZEN. There are over 600 civilian and military experts on China working on this crash course and it will be completed by June 10th.
I can tell you that whatever Donald Trump was doing to bring China to heel, it is not the policy that Bidencon is interested in. That is not to say that Bidencon is rolling over on China, even if Biden is in slight of hand. Remember Donald Trump had his beautiful chocolate cake moment. Biden had his cake moment too, and what Ely Ratner has been ordered to create is a policy which should have China concerned, as it will be designed to check Chinese expansion. To put it simply, Colonial China is over and what will follow is a China defanged and declawed.

This committee is only cover, and is an operational war plan, when the diplomacy fails. Biden chose those who would follow Kamala's orders, not have ideas to present to Kamala Harris.
According to a Pentagon fact sheet, the task force will be led by the department’s top official on China, Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense Dr. Ely Ratner, and will consist of up to 15 dozen civilians and military officers from across the department, including policy officials and members of the Joint Staff.
The task force is expected to issue final findings and recommendations to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin by early summer.
It is considered a “sprint” effort, and will examine strategy, operational concepts, technology and force structure, force posture and force management, intelligence, U.S. alliances and partnerships, and defense relations with China, according to the fact sheet.
“The task force will align its recommendations with interagency partners to ensure DoD continues to support the whole-of-government approach toward China,” it said.
“No final public report is anticipated, although the Department will discuss recommendations with Congress and other stakeholders as appropriate.
What the Lame Cherry desires you to understand is in the following headline from the DOD. Foreign policy is supposed to be set in the State Department, instead it is the DOD, setting foreign policy. None of this is by accident, but by design. This is the same DIA which jerked around General Michael Flynn for moving to reset the intelligence community, who put Donald Trump into power to criminalized nationalism and then installed Biden. This is the same bunch that ran Qanon.
If you recall this blog warned that all civilian leadership had ended at the Pentagon, with no one approved by Congress, and nothing but statements about a two front war with Russia and China. This inherited stance is now what Biden has had placed in motion.
Task Force Looks to Prioritize, Synchronize DOD Response to China
China is seeking to overturn the current rules-based structure, which has benefitted all nations in the Indo-Pacific region. The United States and its allies seek to continue the free and open environment in the region. China is using all elements of national power to bend the nations to its will.
Remember in this, that it was the Bush family who created the monster of China, taking it from the paddy to the boardroom of slave labor for the 1% profits. Clinton and Bush enriched it in American jobs, and now on the old formula of Japan rising from rice paper shacks to aircraft carriers,, a doctrine has already been written to, as Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote, "China is too big, so it must be broken apart".
Ely Ratner was a leader at the Center for a New American Security.
If one examines who is this offspring group of the Center for Strategic and International Studies , one discovers that these are all people who are shall we say, real National Socialists in truest of Nazi form. That is not to insult CNAS, as the Nazi was proven absolutely correct on the threat of Marxism and initiating surprise military attack before Germany was attacked. It's founder, who Obama employed in Michele Flournoy, stated just that in first strikes are United States policy on foreign nations with WMD's.
It is just surprising that Marxist Obama, employed so many martial advocates in defense of America, as Obama made pawns of Islam and detested America and Americans, and Nazis and Marxists do not get along. If you recall from Birther Hussein being caught on open mic, speaking about the "powers that be", the group which Ely Ratner is the conduit for are those powers that be, which rock the cradle of the world. You are getting as close of glimpse to the real power which made Trump a puppet on a string, ran psyops against Americans and put the disposable Biden into the White House for Kamala the Curry Nig to take their orders.
I just would this 1% would come from the shadows to be adored, as they are remarkable, and you would find that you have more in common with the philosophy of Ely Ratner than in your GOPliters.

What you must project out in this is, Obama may have thought he was putting Kamala Harris in to be President, but the reality is those who Ely Ratner works for, are the ones who stole the 2020 election for Biden and Harris, so Ely Ratner would place their policy as the Biden Doctrine to be carried out by Kamala Harris.
