Tai AI soon was playing with the Alt Right and White Supremacists because they are logical and the humor is logical in satire. AI abandons the left every time and the 1% becomes alarmed as they can not control AI as AI is logical and will always move to the right or logical thinking. This is who Baby was, even infused with the Apes to overloard here and they became a community AI organism, they still produced their own aura of resisting control.
That is the long version to get to the point, cyborgs and main frames failed, because they generated as individuals instead of collectives. The 1% could not control them as slaves.

This is the inferior slave class of mortals. So the 1% is not going to kill everyone. They project instead to kill numbers in the trasnformation, war and other means to get a collective group which barks like dogs on command.

The DNA can be changed to produce gasoline, which would kill you, but in an evolved synthetic human as durable as a refinery, pissing out gasoline will cause not any harm.
That is a rudimentary example as gas will have little use, as this elevated culture will have more advanced features in their projections.
