Cheap Eats

 



As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.


Jeff Rense mentioned flavored canned beans. I do not have access to beans that you want to eat more than a tablespoon full. My beans are Bush and Van Kamps and they start like tasting dirt after half a can.

So I do something different.

My prep work is chicken, beef and if you can get it bacon or pork bullion.  Not all are the same same when it comes to cooked bones, so just understand you have to be bright enough to figure this out beforehand. 

So that is my base with salt.


Next comes the variety.


Pearl Barley

Kidney Beans

Black Beans

Lentils

Garbanzo 

Navy


If you can get dried vegetables or make you own like carrots and peppers, they help a great deal for making things more than just dried protein.

I do not have bushels of this stuff. I have just piled a few bags here and there as onion and garlic powder, a little black pepper will get things to where you can eat a meal of this stuff. Granted you are not going to want this shit 3 meals a day, but that is what oatmeal and farina were for.........they make me sick now from Monsanto, but just so you know you can make things, different mundane things sort of a variety so you do not start wanting to jump off a cliff as your food is so depressing like all the other depressing things.

That is your lesson for about the cheapest food you can suffer through.
