The reason for this article is an exercise in your mind to remind you to form judgments based on basic facts.
When the United States has had a stated policy to contain Russia, that is how the United States should be judged, should it not?
This is the basic breakdown of United States policy in if it's objectives are being reached in foreign policy. Richard Nixon wanted detente with Russia or conversations for peace and he achieved that. Ronald Reagan wanted peace through strength with Russia and he achieved that.
Containment though has been the mantra of George W. Bush, Barack Husssein Obama and Joe Biden. In this period, and under those regimes, Russia annexed South Ossetia, Crimea, entered into Syria and is now liberating Russian Ukraine. That is not containment of Russia when Russia is projecting force further from it's borders and is establishing a Diaspora Russia for Russian peoples not in the motherland.
So when the Rainbow Warrior of the Biden Dictatorship states in a trip to Kiev which is dumping 800 million dollars more of weapons into Ukraine, the Vietnam of Europe, that Russia is failing it it's war aims, no one is demanding and answer from Rainbow Blinken as to how Russia is failing in it's war aims, when Russia has:
Split NATO
Is bankrupting nations who put sanctions on Russia in high inflation from high oil prices
Has liberated Donbass.
Has a corridor to Crimea through Mariopol.
Has smashed the Ukraine Nazis that John the hero McCain armed.
Has made corrupt Ukraine a money pit for the West.
Has forced all the Nazis of Ukraine into Europe and the United States as immigrant refugees.
Has utilized the weapon Ukraine was supposed to be for NATO against Russia, into a weapon against NATO, by making the Ruble valuable in attaching it to gold and Saudi Arabia is not taking American phone calls about oil production.
Those are the majority of the successes of Russian military action in Ukraine. Successes in not destroying Ukraine so Russia could obtain exactly what Russia desired in security for Russia and the Diaspora.
So what are the failures that Anthony Blinken is talking about to the press?

The "success of Ukraine, according to Lloyd Austin of the Defense Department was Ukraine had repulsed Russia from Kiev and according to Blinken, the Jew Zellinskyy is in a mindset to win, so Ukraine will win.
Austin at the news conference said “the world has been inspired” by Ukraine in the war and that America would continue its support.
“What you’ve done in repelling the Russians in the Battle of Kyiv is extraordinary,”
That of course is ridiculous as Kiev was only a distraction by Russia. It never wanted the corrupt cesspool of Nazi terrorists, and, as far as Zellinksyy thinking he is going to win, Freud would call that delusional as lots of dictators think they will win a war like Saddam Hussein did and end up hiding in a rat hole, before being executed.
So once again American assessment and propaganda is worthless as much as the lies of Ukrainian propaganda, as the fact is Russia is accomplishing it's military objectives with absolute success as Ukraine is now the supplier of US and NATO weapons for global terrorism on the black market.
Ukraine is so dangerous in Kiev, that lies are told that Americans were in Kiev and so was Zellinskyy, when in the same story it states that thee Americans were on the Polish border with Zellinskyy.
So in those facts, American policy has been an absolute failure in Ukraine and in the goal of containing Russia.
American foreign policy is even in a larger scale of failure as supplying weapons to slaughter Russians, has moved the Russians to end Nixon and Reagan diplomatic contact. The entire reason Dwight Eisenhower started contact in the Cold War was to stop a nuclear war with Russia. That has now all ended under Dictator Biden.

So Dictator Biden has failed policies in war and peace. Russia is finished talking about a settlement they agreed to in the Minsk Accords and Kiev violated. Russia will now take it's objectives with military diplomacy of those who have the power are the ones who write the treaties.
Russia will not be contained due to failed Biden, Harris, Blinken, Austin and Sullivan policies. Russia will create a security Black Sea corridor to Moldova and there is a projection in this, that Turkey is going to get the hell knocked out of it, for not allowing Russian ships in and out of the Black Sea. NATO hates Turkey and if Turkey can be a degrading of resources on Russia, Turkey is going to lose control over the Black Sea passageway.
That is a future tense, as Russia will expand further. Russia will touch Romania in a common border by Odessa Ukraine and Romania will placate Russia in more diplomatic expansion into Europe.
Russia will win this as the Woke Green energy policies of Germany and other nations are going to bankrupt them in weaning themselves from Russian energy. Thee only solution for Europe is to seize the oil fields of Libya, but these European fascists speak of hydrogen cars and other ridiculous and expensive technology which is unproven, which will turn European socialism into 3rd world poverty.
Russia is now wagging the tail of Europe and the wash of it is degrading what is the remaining strength of the United States. The Co Opters of the United States have failed by definition of their policy and in reality. The fact is, Russia is not being weakened. Russia is growing stronger and it is America and Europe which is degrading day by day.
The F word needs to be said loud and clear. The Dictator Biden is not failing America and the world, but Biden's Rainbow Warrior sex perv caste has failed and there is not any undoing what this failure is with the policies and permanent agency dictatorship which rules Washington DC.
Failure that is what United States Policy is for 22 years.
Failure.
The world does not need any more propaganda creations of Vladimir Putin as Adolf Hitler any more than it needs a reincarnation of Joe Biden as Frank Roosevelt.
