The Lame Cherry observes patterns in HAARP to understand what the 1% are engaged in, in weather modification.
The above is April 21st and is a repeating pattern in the cold is being infused into the bread wheat belt. I will explain this again as I have, but none of this soaks in on people. Wheat is in two types. The Hard Red which is a spring wheat that is used for bread, is grown on the northern plains. The Amber Duram is grown on the southern plains, is planted in the autumn and harvested the next summer as it is a bi annual requiring a winter cold hibernation.
The pasta wheat is the Amber Duram and that is being dried out.
On the contrary the bread wheat is being drown, or it is cold and wet to delay planting, which will reduce yield and when George Soros gets it into his hands, then the prices will spike in 2013 AD in the year of our Lord.
If you notice the "corn and soybean belt of the eastern Mississippi is being rained on. For China, the 1% wants a crop to sell by wetting the soil with a reserve moisture for the coming heat.
The Lame Cherry has been correct on these projections and the only one with the hands on farming experience to explain what is taking place on the land. The reason for the snow in the north wheat zone is snow does not soak in, it runs off. It will though entice farmers to sign up for crop insurance and spend money to plant crops, which I believe will reach drought again as the rain is turned off.
This river of moisture seen above is aimed right at Montana, northern Wyoming and North Dakota. It is making Minnesota almost too wet for planting. South Dakota is typical in drought and wet, depending on the region you are looking at.
The 1% has already achieved it's goal in delayed planting for a reduced harvest. It appears that the moisture belt or jet is going to be surged north and the moisture should start and the heat start sometime in May.
Ukraine's crop will be reduced.
China is having major problems.
The United States will have a short crop.
Removing those major production sources, means China has problems feeding itself, and there is little grain for export.
Indian wheat is controlled by Rothschild farms. America is Soros, Jew Cargill and Archer Daniels controlled. Argentina had a record crop, but is not exporting. Europe will feed itself in UK, Germany and Spain. That leaves the Russian harvest which should be good in this HAARP scenario.
It is the perfect commodity storm to control people by shorting global food supply by reducing American leverage.

As a side note, there is something fucky about the snow which falls and the melted water. It does not absorb heat, thaws odd, and it actually freezes more readily. I believe it is the metals being sprayed in the atmosphere. Something is in that snow as I get a snow cough every time I'm out in it. Metals in India make the soil toxic. This will happen in America too.
At this point the patterns are repeating as the Lame Cherry predicted. I'm starting to believe that grain prices will spike after there are foreclosures on many farmers. It does not matter if there are farmers with money, as they are morons who will be out taking the bait like lemmings over the cliff in buying up robotics this time, as they bought grain storage, bought GPS and now to prepare for conglomerate control, it will be robotics and then they will be swept aside too.
