The Lame Cherry is going to preface this with a reality that Russia in Ukraine IS NOT using it's prime time anything. If anything, Ukraine is a ruse and a feint for real Russian strategic warfare involving NATO, what took over America, what controls London and what is the Great Game.
So when American intelligence analyzes data and puts forward conclusions based on what they are seeing are Russian capabilities, it is as erroneous as what Russia did in Phase 1 in looking like it was going on a camp out, compared to Phase 2 in Maripol which had round the clock bombing of the NATO works there.
Russia has depleted United States inventories of Javelin missiles, all given away free to that hired conman Zellinskyy, meaning the US is now in a position as is all NATO of being not able to deal with a tank war in China or Russia.
Thankfully America is protected by an idiot named Brig Gen. Tad Clark of the Flap Force who would not commit to being specific in how inept United States computer and electronic warfare was.
Brig. Gen. Tad Clark, the Air Force’s director of electromagnetic spectrum superiority, prefaced his statements by acknowledging that he couldn’t detail specifics about what the United States is gleaning about the Russian electronic warfare threat based on its activities in Ukraine.
However, he noted that those activities do more than simply provide information about Russia’s technological capabilities — they also paint a picture about whether Russia has the capital necessary to execute that mission.
“We’re learning a lot what Russia has been investing their money in, the sophistication and the reliability of their equipment, and.. their ability to execute that mission in a synchronized fashion,” he said. “It gives us some insight of where certain countries are, where we are, where we need to be, and where we want to be.”
Fortunately for Russia, that Brig Gen Tad has a confederate named Dave Temper at the Pentagon who has watery eyes over how genius Elon Musk is at thwarting Russian hacking in Ukraine so Musk's systems can slaughter Russia, which of course will have Russia remembering to slaughter Americans as Elon twits about tweets in another diversion.
The Dave was quite specific, the Lame Cherry will highlight what is important.
WASHINGTON: The US military’s electronic warfare enterprise needs to take a page from SpaceX when it comes to responding to new threats, the Pentagon’s director for electromagnetic warfare said today.
After SpaceX sent Starlink terminals to Ukraine in February in an apparent effort to help Ukraine maintain its internet connection amid war with Russia, SpaceX founder Elon Musk claimed that Russia had jammed Starlink terminals in the country for hours at a time. After a software update, Starlink was operating normally, said Musk, who added on March 25 that the constellation had “resisted all hacking & jamming attempts” in Ukraine.
Assuming Musk — famously something of a showboater in his public comments — is providing an accurate picture, a private firm beating back Russian EW attempts with software updates is the kind of thing that makes Pentagon EW experts pay attention.
“From an EW technologist perspective, that is fantastic. That paradigm and how they did that is kind of eyewatering to me,” said Dave Tremper, director of electronic warfare for the Pentagon’s acquisition office. “The way that Starlink was able to upgrade when a threat showed up, we need to be able to have that ability. We have to be able to change our electromagnetic posture, to be able to change very dynamically what we’re trying to do without losing capability along the way.”
So watery eye Dave just told the Russians that the United States does not have the capability to upgrade it's software when a threat appears. That is interesting as Elon Musk is working with the NSA who has the same technology.
So Watery Eye Dave just exposed Brig Gen Tad as a rather opaque liar in pretending the Pentagon is on top of this electronic warfare scenario in knowing what Russia invested in by what Russia in not doing.
Watery Eye Dave also stated that the United States can not change it's algorithms to stop a hack and if they try to do this on the fly, the American system will go blue screen.
It is really beneficial when two Pentatards go on record leaking information, one playing like they know what is going on and the other getting a wet winky over his boyfriend Elon Musk uploading a rudimentary "fix".
As an intelligence analysis, the first thing one would produce in an action report is the devil's antagonist in, Are the Russian electronic warfare section this limited or did they deliberately pull back to shield their real capabilities for when it mattered later? The Russians put 40 mile tank columns as a feint outside of Kiev. The Russians have not lit up their S 400 missile defense to black out American understanding on the system. The Russians have been employing nothing but a cats paw in Ukraine, so their electronic warfare would be projecting the same disinformation".
The reason is the added bonus is the Russians can read English media, and were just informed without sending in one spy what the Pentagon's lack of capabilities are.
This goes back to 2014 AD in the year of our Lord when a Russia jet shut down the electronics on the USS Donald Cook. The best that could refute this was the Atlantic Council stating that the system was not installed on this particular craft. Apparently Russia has only one airplane that can fly in the sky so another equipped aircraft could not have been the source and the Russian pilot who flipped them off was just flying around flipping off US warships.
The damage is done and confirmed to Moscow.
Could this be a fake Pentagon story? Yes it might, but the problem is Elon Musk is making the United States a larger target with fucking around in Ukraine with SatNet.
What is lost in all of these reports is if Elon Musk becomes too much of a problem, Russia will put a bullet in his brain. If the Pentagon keeps asking for nuclear war, Russia will cause a nuclear typhoon and bury all those bunkers with soggy flood waves of radioactive debris. Yes you can have American build you a bunker so you live and Americans die, but in the end, you still need air, a vent shaft to the surface and no matter how much filtration you have, a 2000 foot nuclear tidal wave kind of drowns out the filtration.
These wokesters in America really want to be popular. Get your name whored in the media and it impresses all the gay boys at the bar doing shooters and you get celeb lucky. In a real America this duo would be fired and face court martial, but in wokesterland they get butt sex and make things easier for Russia and China to figure out how to defeat thee archaic American systems.
