I'm fascinated after writing about the Havana Sonic Weapon which Americans actually recorded. It is of course a high frequency pitch, a sort of Royal Rife harmful sound instead of a healing sound.
As Australia was recently cooking it's Canberra Patriots with directed microwaves the question of this is, do those behind this have a directional weapon which can focus at distance, or is this a frequency which can resonate off of structures like rebar or was an implanted receive placed in these locations and that is what was broadcasting the sound.
All of this matters as it would reveal the technological advancement which the people behind this possess.
A former US official recorded a sound outside his home in Havana, Cuba. Injured officials 60 Minutes spoke with said the sound or a feeling of pressure came from one direction.

What is interesting too in this is, this is UHF, but heard. It is uncomfortable in the ear, but is not damaging, this ..........put it this way, if you put a sound into an area like a squeak, what would a cat do? They would come to that sound, and once in the area of the sound, another device could have been operational which was engaged in the actual damage.
For this to be made public by CIA CBS is a too late to the game, as this has already been figured out and who was behind it. It is something for the public to be intimidated by and now the reason for the report as everyone has some kind of devices like this in their arsenals and do use them.
This is just an interesting event for the wall so you too can hear the sound was so enticing to Americans in the spy network.
