As Jeff Rense keeps talking about cobalt thermonuclear tidal wave mines placed off the United States, I was wondering what the real culprit of London had off of her shores, so the Lame Cherry decided to do a White Paper analysis of how to destroy England, because of course everyone has this in their dark files as that is what military planners all plot out.
For example, thee Americans under Frank Roosevelt said to General Marshall, "Listen here General, that Adolf Hitler is going through Europe like......well they are really excellent soldiers, so when they conquer England, how is America going to obliterate the Germans there, obliterate the English, so we can colonize that island as our territory?"
Frank Roosevelt was a heartless socialist in not even caring about like Suffolk sheep, Hereford hogs or Guernsey cattle.
Anyway this is not about the sins of Frank Roosevelt as fat Winston sat around naked drinking quarts of scotch.
So to explain this, Vladimir Putin has tidal wave bombs, 2000 foot waves are generated from a thermonuclear explosion, and as Russian physicists are gifted, you know you can rely on their calculations to send waves up the Sacrament, Columbia, St. Lawrence and Potomac with great effect.
In studying England though, the Lame Cherry sees a problem, and the problem is those damned French and Dutch.

Now here is the problem. Just pretend you are that dreamy Vladimir Putin and you say to your General, "I'm going to shoot you if you don't know the answer", and the General pees himself and you laugh and say, "Just kidding General, as do you really believe the American press".
After things dry off you, say, "OK I want to obliterate the English as they had the Czar killed, set up the Soviet Union, tried to genocide Americans in 1776, wiped out the colonies in 2 world wars, genocided the Germans by starting two world wars, and they are trying to turn Russia into what Hitler dreamed of so let's use our nuclear tidal wave bombs and wash England clean".
Your General says, "Nyet", that would be NO in English and the reason for this is, if you study the above map you will see the Irish protect England from an Atlantic tidal wave. The North Sea is north and what is in the north but Scotland and no one wants to wipe out the Scots.
To the south you got the English Channel and the White Cliffs of Dover. To the east you got an opening, but as in the South, you set off a tidal wave in that shallow water, and it will do in England taking it up the Thames, but the back splash is going to wash over France, Netherlands and Belgium.
No one really cares about Belgium, but here is the problem. You wash nuke covered dead English up in Normandy France and France might not like that. France has nuclear bombs to throw around too. Then you got the Dutch who the Germans think of as their sheep in the pen. Wash them over with radioactive stuff and the Germans will not like it, and as Germany is already rebuilding their military, they will start building atomic bombs to wash over St. Petersburg.
Vladimir Putin has intelligent military planners who know that Russia does not want to offend Europeans as they need them for market, technology and just because they are Homosapien White. So Russia does not want to Fukashima Europe.
That is the damn thing in this, that the English are surrounded by valuable homosapiens in the Irish. Welsh, Scots, Dutch and French and using tidal wave nuclear bombs would injure the people that we all adore as what would the world be without drunken Irish, men in skirts, Tulips in Dutchland or prissy French men who do jobs women do like cook and have sex with men.
So Russia has reached it's limits with cobalt tidal waves in London as the English have all these human shields in other nations that people adore.
Now before the English start celebrating their safety, that does not save the English, because .........ok it is one thing to not want 1000 warheads going off in metro dictator cites in America as it would pollute things and probably cool Russia off to like 60 below for one winter which is a might cold. America is big so like a water pipe in Egypt, you want to contain the radiation in the sea water so it is not making Russia dirty earth cold or drifting the radioactive ashes of liberals over Moscow. It is completely different in England though using air burst nuclear warheads.
Here look at some prelim English military bases. It is not like I'm going to be bombing England so no details like the Russians have, but this gives you an idea what the Russians would focus on.
In studying the above, Russia has no probs with British forces, more of a tactical situation for nukes really. The only real problem as the English dismantled and stored their land and air nukes, is the British nukes on board their subs.
It is a given that Russia monitors the English boats, so dealing with them would be part of this order of battle as they are the only component Russia would be required to neutralize. Granted the English are real bastards in sticking target bases in Scotland so they get killed and not English, but clean neutrons would mop that up toot sweet.
So while the big tsunami bombs will not work on England, smaller critters with less back wash could be implemented like up the Clyde and Thames. One would get some fallout on Europe if the wind was bad, but not like the Europeans are going to mind that in the long run as Germany and France will think, "We don't like this, but it is a good trade off as we hate the English for slaughtering us for a 1000 years".
That is all handled like, Vladimir Putin tells his ambassadors to Berlin and Paris to get their PM's out of bed at like 11:45 PM with urgent letters from Valdimir. The PM's get out of bed and the Russians say,' Oh wow, I used the letter to make some cigarettes, but at 11:55 PM, I'm sure my attache will appear with a copy".
So at 11:55 PM the attache appears, and the letter says something like, "Dosvandania Comrade. Russia loves our brothers in Germany and France and as long as you stay neutral what is taking place in England at midnight will not be a European problem. Once the English are dealt with, we will have peace in mutual trade and defense. Signed, your comrade, Vladimir Putin".
The English and French will do some posturing, but when all is said and done, they will appreciate Russia doing what Napoleon and Hitler did not accomplish.
So there is going to be a bit of nuclear drift for Europe in Russia dealing with London as the cobalt water bath is not feasible. That is what the examination in this White Paper assesses and concludes.
