I often wonder why the Holy Ghost puts dead men's books into my hands at the Thrift Store, because often when I pick them up, I have no desire to read them. I'm reading currently the political witch hunt of President Thomas Jefferson against his political competitor, Vice President Aaron Burr, who Jefferson and his democrats smeared and framed in the press to destroy him, which led Aaron Burr onto a future which most of you have no understanding of, for the simple reason there was so much Presidential crimes involved, that led to Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton being killed in a duel by Vice President Aaron Burr, that it has been all one big Watergate and Russiagate cover up for centuries.

My purpose is not to revisit Aaron Burr's actions, as he was a political horse trader. In order to gain people's support, he often embellished what he knew they would support. Aaron Burr though is a great deal like the over 600 Americans framed for January 6, and that is what this article examines and exposes, because each of us has to realize that this fraud Jan 6 Congressional Committee is up to something more nefarious and their ridiculous investigation if cover for a coming event.

Aaron Burr was cheated and destroyed by democrats, of whom he was one of as an elected leader. Having his career destroyed he came to the conclusion to "Go West Young Man", and in this the forensic psychology was that Aaron Burr was going to vanquish the Federalist Hamiltons and the Republican Jeffersonians for their political assassination of him. How he would do this was what General George Rogers Clarke had attempted as had others in success to filibuster the west. Filibuster in the 1800's meant raising a volunteer army and invading English, French and Spanish empire lands. When it has government support as in Stephen Austin in Texas they became national heroes. When you were hated like Aarron Burr was by the government, you ended up being framed for treason.

Burr proposed to get the US government to sanction his march to Mexico City. He would provide volunteers and supplies. The British would provide shipping and men of war and all would be ending Spanish empire rule in America.

Along the way Burr had to expand his theory to include Westerners that they were going to be a separate Republic and would be joined to Mexico. That is where Burr got into trouble with thee Americans, even if his intent never was to do any of the sort.

His latter plans were to take settlers into Louisiana, and then enlist the military there when war broke out, to lead the expedition to liberate Mexico. As the General in command of the US Army, Wilkinson was a Spanish spy, Spain started spreading rumors about Burr, Jeffersonian propagandists picked up on it, and Thomas Jefferson had his framing for Burr complete in sending out orders to have him arrested along with others, who Wilkinson was arresting to silence him as they knew he was the traitor in  this.

With that background, you can now understand if not for Thomas Jefferson, Aaron Burr would be the hero of Texas in her father, and he would have been elected as President of the expanded Western United States, the way Abraham Lincoln was, and Mexico would not be the invasion shit hole to America it has become by the cartel.

Thomas Jefferson ordered the biggest dragnet in history and funded it to catch Aaron Burr and hang him. He sent out blank pardons, he paid millions and personally was directing the framing of Burr and withholding evidence. It is the mirror image of the regime in DC, framing and torturing Americans over January 6th.

If you recall in the rhetoric, you heard a great deal about treason and insurrection on January 6th, compared to "peaceful protests" of BLM and ANTIFA burning down American cities where even Attorney General Merrick Garland stated a most unbelievable analogy that BLM was not domestic terrorism because it happened at night while Jan6 happened during the day so it was domestic terrorism.

It requires stating in this brainwashing out of the regime, that there was not any treason and they know it. There was not any insurrection and they know it. There was not any domestic terrorism and they know it. There was not any riot and they know it. The reason those lies were linked to January 6th is due to the US Constitution in Article III Section 3 which addresses what treason and insurrection is.

As you can read by what is highlighted, treason involves an act of war. Chief Justice John Marshall of that era did a great deal of defining and expansion of this and limiting the legal definition as Thomas Jefferson was trying to railroad his political enemies to the gallows.

What John Marshall set as Supreme Court Law is referenced below and when you see Ex parte Bollman, Bollman was one of the people framed by Thomas Jefferson who was guilty of nothing, so the courts rightly released these Americans.

What Marshall stated in the "Act of War" is that an act is ACTION and war is an action. I will use the reference in war is like pregnancy, either you are at war or you are not at war. War is an armed, organized use of force to gain control of another nation. In treason, the act of war is to overthrow the government.

In Burr's case, he had 60 volunteers who are not armed, they were settlers, moving supplies to Louisiana. Burr was not even at the staging area. He was in Lexington Kentucky. While conspiring or making war without government consent are offenses. Marshall makes it clear that even signing up people to fight against the government of the United States is not an act of war. Therefore, without war, there can be no insurrection as no one was armed, and a few people responding on January 6th like Ashli Babbitt not breaking property and only crawling into an opening and being executed by authorities is not treason, it is not insurrection, it is not riot, it is not domestic terrorism, it is not war as defined by the Supreme Court.

Early judicial interpretation of the meaning of treason in terms of levying war was conditioned by the partisan struggles of the early nineteenth century, which involved the treason trials of Aaron Burr and his associates. In Ex parte Bollman,1 which involved two of Burr's confederates, Chief Justice Marshall, speaking for himself and three other Justices, confined the meaning of levying war to the actual waging of war. However flagitious may be the crime of conspiring to subvert by force the government of our country, such conspiracy is not treason. To conspire to levy war, and actually to levy war, are distinct offences. The first must be brought into open action by the assemblage of men for a purpose treasonable in itself, or the fact of levying war cannot have been committed. So far has this principle been carried, that . . . it has been determined that the actual enlistment of men to serve against the government does not amount to levying war

Now that you are educated on this point, you can comprehend why the ruling powers have been busy subverting the Constitution with Patriot Act and other "agency directions with executive orders" and why Jan6 has had words implanted into peoples minds, which are attempting to make the mental link in uneducated people, to accept a new definition which is unConstitutional.

 What the debate was in the Supreme Court and other areas in what Thomas Jefferson kept attempting to establish in America was the King's Outlaw or Statute of 25, better known as the English Law of Edward III in the Treason Act of 1351 AD in the year of our Lord.

The Lame Cherry will make this easy to understand in, people in power have shown they can not destroy people by framing them every time, so in order to destroy people, Statute of 25 was created where the king could execute the unborn child in the womb of a mother, because her husband knew someone who said the King should die".

The legal term for that framing is CONSTRUCT TREASON. It is a despot and tyrant, constructing an association is a crime, when there is not any ACTION OF A CRIME. You can see this in the Jan6 with the FBI and Russiagate. People for example in Hutatree under Barack Hussein Obama under the direction of Attorney General Eric Holder, were framed, when paid government provocateurs showed up at gatherings and started spewing violent rhetoric, to which the members being afraid were not going to be challenging some violent loon, but the violent loon was reporting back to the FBI it was Hutatree saying this, so the federal police show up looking to shoot bewildered people who have no idea what was taking place, until a Judge released them and scolded the government again for framing people.

That is what is being sown in America over Jan6 and is the purpose the January 6th Committee. Their investigation is absolute nonsense, but it does have a peer group agenda, to create Construct Treason as an FBI implementation out of the DOJ, where it will become sanctioned by Congress, and after ruining innocent people, be challenged in the Courts, where Bunghole John Roberts as Chief Justice will make unConstitutional Law, the law of the land as he did with Obamacare and sodomy.

The logica projection of this is, is that Deserter Donald Trump is earning his freedom again, after setting up his supporters. In this 2024 AD in the year of our Lord fraud election, Trump will either be nominated or will coronate Beaner DeSantis and that reprobate Kristi Noem, and Trump will be indicted as the diversion drama of 2024 AD in the year of our Lord. Thee entire purpose will be to not get Deserter Donald, but to be able to Construct Treason on every American with a death penalty attached.

One can note this construct in the Jan6 and these other ludicrous federal charges which started with Aaron Burr, and not working, moved onto the FBI creating tax code violations to arrest Al Capone who they could not find a law he had broken. The same 'disrupting government events' is the exact shadowy broad brush which could indict Ivanka Trump's next baby in her womb for treason over Jan6.

The DOJ and FBI have arrested over 600 Americans for misdemeanors. The only astute Judge in this, found one of the charged not guilty, because the police invited people into the Capitol and there is not a law against being the Capitol when invited.

That is though what Construct Treason is being initiated for in the Jan 6 Congressional Hearings. Americans will be felons for thinking and associating, not violent actions, and the English penalties were hanging until passed out, revived, gutted, your intestines burned before you, then beheaded, then ripped into quarters.

The corruption in America is so compete by the conglomerate wealth bribed from the US Treasury that you will not hear one word of this in the media, and the ignorance of the public has doomed the nation to tyranny and despotry.

It is ridiculous to celebrate the 4th of July as the documents which prevented January 6th framing are of no legal value in this 21st century America of the Thomas Jefferson police state rule.
