The Lame Cherry is by God's Grace educating you as to why with over 700 Americans arrested for January 6th and the FBI is still hunting down Americans for misdemeanors, why is it that no one is charged with the original press lynching for treason or insurrection?
The short of this is, those who set up this framing of American, really did try to trip that wire which was established in the trial of Vice President Aaron Burr, and the failure of the corrupt President Thomas Jefferson and his US Attorneys to complete that lynching, based all January 6 framing on the legal base of Chief Justice John Marshall who in the Burr trial defined what Article III Section 3 of the US Constitution stated treason was.
Treason in short is a group of people making war on the United States or conspiring with a foreign power to harm the United States.
Thee entire drama of the DC Pipe Bomber, to FBI operatives being armed, of the stretches of DOJ indictments for people dressing alike, trying to make weapons out of serpent scepters and carrying police tape, were the attempt to construct treason where no treason or insurrection was in the hearts of Americans in DC that day.
As the Mockingbird propaganda is made into "history" to brainwash woke children, it requires stating that Americans were invited to DC by President Donald Trump. They were there to legally be the united voice to speak by rally to their elected Congressional Representatives, that they according to the Constitution had the Right to, in being heard, in Congress and Vice President Mike Pence were to review whether there was any fraud which on election eve turned a Trump win over to Biden victory.
This is the political process which was legally the safety valve to deal with this kind of public distrust which had been formulated by design by the DIA in Qanon to instead break that checks and balances, to where peaceful Citizens were met by police shooting them, beating them, gassing them, and then inviting them into the US Capitol, in an operation right out of Robert Lansdale's CIA work in Vietnam to frame people and overthrow the system.
We do not know the number of people in DC that day, Constitutional supporters or counter protesters. The FBI has refused to reveal that number, whether it was 125,000 or more. The fact is though that if this group had been intent on stopping the inauguration, they could have by sheer force of numbers. They did not. So the entire diatribe indicting that crowd is not based in fact. The regime in DC City remains, it is unchanged, it is still functioning and it never stopped or was forced to stop. There was not any treason, not any insurrection, not any domestic terrorism and not any riot, by dictionary definitions. That is why no one is being charged with Aaron Burr crimes.

If a body of men be actually assembled for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable purpose, all those who perform any part, however minute or however remote from the scene of the action, who are actually leagued in the general conspiracy are to be considered traitors. But there mist be an actual assembling of men for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war.
That an opinion which is to overrule all former precedents, and to establish a principle never before recognized, should be expressed in plain and explicit terms. Had the intention been entertained to make so material a change in this respect , the court ought to have expressly declared that nay assemblage of men whatever, who had formed a treasonable design, whether in force or not, whether in a condition to attempt the design or not, whether attended with war like appearances or not, constitutes the fact of levying war.
Yet no declaration to this amount is made. Nor an expansion of the kind is to be found in the opinion of the Supreme Court.
While the corruption of the United States ruling authority has made changes in Constitutional Law which is not legal, the basis of all treason or insurrection is that it must be an armed group and they must be ACTIVE in carrying out a war against the United States.
There were people assembled on January 6th. They were not armed. They were not making war. They did not try to stop the Constitutional requirement of the review and certifying of the election. What the FBI operatives were engaged in, is another matter as much as paid operatives bused in to entice violence, but January 6th does not fulfill what John Marshall stated Article III Section 3 requires.
John Marshall fully intended to make treason, insurrection and riot so impossible to levy on Americans, that the government could not do what it is engaged in, in this massive FBI manhunt now going into years to be used as a political intimidation weapon.
The problem in January 6th is the Mockingbird control of media is so complete now by conglomerates sucking finds directly out of the US Treasury that no one is standing up informing people of what history and Constitutional Law actually are. People are too lazy to read the direct information so this propaganda conditioning is what becomes "law" by attrition as Americans are bankrupted by the regime in their endless charges and the Supreme Court has no Black Robes now of the necessary caliber of John Marshall to protect Americans from the very system that is supposed to be checked, balanced and LIMITED as to what it can and can not do.\
The US Constitution does not provide authority for a federal police state. The US Constitution does not provide authority for massive manhunts for political intimidation. The US Constitution does not provide authority for people held in endless captivity to break them nor for trials that take years.
Chief Justice John Marshall would have stated that January 6th was a manipulation of thee American People for the extended purpose or political intimidation for the fulfillment of perpetual political repression. That needs to be said, but you are never going to hear that from any of the Black Robes.
As the Lame Cherry has stated. I'm no longer involved in politics. I have no horse in this race on January 6th. This poor orphan girl's one purpose is the Truth. The Lame Cherry values the law as John Adams and John Marshall defined it as in equal protection from authority abuse. That is what the Constitution is and was meant to be and written as. It was an apocalypse that people have evil in them, and will harm others to gain advantage, and when organized into a government, will subvert it into a dictatorship to destroy people who do not agree with the feudal few ruling.
I value the Constitution as a light like the Bible. It is never wrong but shines to expose the defects of men and women. We are in a defective period now where the system has been corrupted and weaponized against the innocent in framing them. The Constitution exposes all of this. Like all human rot, when it is exposed to light it will decay as mold can not exist in fresh air and sunshine.
Thomas Jefferson and his comrades did not prevail by John Marshall. The current Supreme Black Robes are not John Marshall, but one thing is timeless to mortal man, and that is the US Constitution. No matter what is done in the mischief and intrigue of men, the Constitution will outlive them and it will prevail.
