Pasta

Spices

Bouillon - Chicken, Beef

I am not into beans as a staple as they get old. It was daily bread, not daily bean.

You should have some back up quick meals, the expiration dates are short for boxed things, but they will work, as will a healthy type canned soup. I hate Dinty Moore and other stuff like that, including Spam, as they wear on you quick like beans.

You need variety to keep your spirits up.
