The Lard of Life

This post is not going to make a great deal of sense until you are starving. This post is about keeping you from starving.


Most of you have been brainwashed into counting calories. The reason your calories are wrong is because your principles are sugars and vegetable fats. They produce quick burns of energy and store more as fat and do not do service in mammals unless you are a butcher steer.


To get to the point. Not all fat, not all tallow, not all lard is the same.

The staff of life for humans is not bread alone. It is hog lard. I am not speaking of eating it like candy nor cooking with it, but as a principle attached to the food it is incorporated with. That means fatty hog meat.

Why do you think the Americans ate large quantities of bacon and scrapple for breakfast? It is the hog lard. I know most of you have so much fat in your diet that fat gags you, but when you come to starvation you will discover that you will be slurping down that rubbery fat bacon with relish and wonder how you are doing it.

Here are some life saving million dollar secrets.

When you cook pork sausage, do not in the future time cook out all the fat as I do. Keep the fat in the burger an this high concentration of fat will feed your body all day when incorporated with a carbohydrate as bread. That is called a biscuit or sandwich. 

Scrapple is pig organs, fatty meats and lard, all joined to a cereal grain in corn meal or oat meal. This too is an all day food source, even if you are working. Remember food is in short supply and you have to make your food energy food. Hog lard is high energy for the human body. It outdoes eggs which are protein and it outdoes steak.

Here are your principles.

Hog lard, Bear grease Coon grease, followed by goose fat and chicken fat. Place any of these with a carbohydrate in cereal grains and fatty meats, and you have high octane food which will outdo any vegetable oils, honey or tallow.

Do not mix up tallow which is from cattle with lard. Tallow is not an all day food for the human body. It has high concentration of fats, but it is not the long burn which you need. So understand that, cattle, buffalo, deer are all tallow. The same goes for sheep and goats, yes they are lubricating but they do not provide the energy burn of lard.

If you are in poverty concerning meat, you can with flour add sugar and lard, and gain a food which will almost carry you through the day with a thick slice. That is the way of extending lard. You want these foods in the cold weather or when stressed. You have to rethink how you fuel your body as your current diet is fast burn fast body fat in the making. I am not saying that hog lard will not make you fat, because it will make you fat like all other things. This though is for your time in the future. Let the morons grab the steaks and the chops. You hang around for the lard and organs and bitch about it going to your pets. You do not want people knowing what your fountain of life is.
