Whatever Prepared Man is, they have the scenario correct. The Russians have tapped into the communication cables between America and England.
The UK Defense guy flew then to DC to meet with Lloyd Austin, over information which they did not want the Russians knowing.........meaning this Dirty Bomb and how England and America could exploit it.........meaning the Jewry of Ukraine acquired the thing. No doubt it is why Tel Aviv is running away from Kiev on weapons sales now as Mosaad's fingerprints are on this project and Russia knows it.
The end result is once again MI6 lured America into a proxy situation of terrorism, this time nuclear terrorism for which America is going to be blamed.
This appears to be why the Rainbow Warriors of Bidencon have been scared. The Russian Defense people contacted all the parties in the West and told them they have two sources as proof. That does not matter, but what mattered to Bunker State is the Russians have moved to Game Over if this bomb goes off.
