There is a hitch to Everything

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Ok the above is the wood wagon that JYG and we built which no one will steal as it looks like something toothless people would own.

What I desired though to show you is how JYG made the hitch as it was simple, sturdy and cost effect.

Below  you see the Chevy pick up frame.

In the center is the trailer tongue with a ball hitch on the end.

What JYG did is make straight cuts on the U beam on the frame, top and bottom. We then beat on them with a sledge hammer to get them bent at about 45 degrees. He eyeballed the cuts and came real close to the necessary distance as ANGLES ALWAYS INCREASE THE DISTANCE.

Meet you on the other side.

He then welded the tongue to the cross frame which is worthless as that is light metal, and then pounded the frame down to the old tongue he was welding it to, clamped into place and in less than an hour, a towing hitch was born which will haul a ton of wood.

This wood wagon is special as it turned out right. It is about perfectly balanced so all the weight is on the wagon, not the pick up bumper. It tows straight and has no bounce to it. Is a cherry outfit in looking like shit but it rides better than 10,000 dollar trailers.

This is stuff you are going to have to know when manufacturing peters out. Can make a really nice trailer and frame out of junked vehicles to haul around thing.

Million dollar information again.
