This is the basic map of HAARP in the preliminary wave of their operation to contain nuclear fall out from the missile silo fields on the North Plains.
The Lame Cherry will state again the obvious in Russia, will not be reactive if they choose to strike in retaliation over some events which the Pentagon has prepared for, and will simply wait the 5 days, until these HAARP weather bombs are moving off the Plains, which will then suck all the radioactivity to the east as Russia would intend in a war.
The map explains the HAARP preliminaries in a snow jet out of British Columbia in Pacific air is poured into the Plains. A preparatory below zero wind storm is sucking air out of the Hudson Bay. This then makes it snow in spring, instead of rain. Snow accumilates radioactive material and does not run off. The HAARP geniuses are generating wind though and wind does blow snow, which defeats the containment.
The kill zone is yellow in where the hot radioactive material would concentrate. These are the expendables in the primates.
This is all going to move to the east where the first wave of this is in the northeast. Somewhere, not yet visible in this HAARP behind the curtain is a massive low pressure system which is going to dump a huge amount of snow in this cold air on the plains, to bury the hot stuff. Iowa south will have rain and perhaps ice. This is going to be a storm into next Tuesday in Minneapolis Minnesota and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
As I doubt there is going to be any Russian response to whatever is being generated overseas, this is just a murderous exercise on wildlife and people.
If HAARP is going to generate this out of New Mexico for the Plains, they will have to pull a massive amount of effort to achieve this. I can tell you from watching the weather pimps, none of them have an idea where this fable storm is going to set up. HAARP models are telling them two feet of snow, but their data is not showing a storm they can show the public yet.
We shall see if God intervenes, but this is a man made event of weather terror which is completely unnecessary as Russia is not that stupid.
