The Lame Cherry has warned that a Constitutional Convention as advocated by trolls on the right, would open the Constitution to be completely rewritten as that is what a convention entails.
Now the globalist troll of California in Gavin Newsom is advocating an amendment to the Constitution to infringed upon Gun Rights. I'm not going to waste time in refuting this, except to state that the 2nd Amendment states NO INFRINGEMENT and that is what this California proposal attempt. This is legal jeopardy. No matter what liberals have skewed the Constitution as, every gun law is an infringement and is illegal. There is no such thing as " reasonable measures to infringe on rights"
The proposed “Right to Safety Amendment” would limit legal gun ownership to adults 21 and older, enact universal federal background checks on gun sales, create a mandatory “reasonable waiting period” for gun purchases, and ban the purchase of many forms of semiautomatic rifles.
Instead the Lame Cherry is going to examine the 23rd Amendment which again is unreasonable as it gives States Rights to a Federal District in Columbia.
I will have you read the Amendment and then write it according to Gavin Newsom's Amendment of jeopardy.
Grants the District of Columbia electors in the Electoral College
Section 1. The District constituting the seat of Government of the United States shall appoint in such manner as the Congress may direct:
A number of electors of President and Vice President equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives in Congress to which the District would be entitled if it were a State, but in no event more than the least populous State; they shall be in addition to those appointed by the States, but they shall be considered, for the purposes of the election of President and Vice President, to be electors appointed by a State; and they shall meet in the District and perform such duties as provided by the twelfth article of amendment.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation
The District of Columbia would limit the voting of all states to only registered democrats of 21 years of age or older. A background check would be required, and if anyone was found to have voted for any party other than democrat, those votes would be nullified, and the voters arrested for attempting to vote in an election. There would be a reasonable waiting period in counting the votes to ensure that the dead voted and had their votes counted in the election.. There will be a ban on all other political parties than democrat.
The same reasoning would be employed on ending Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, to what is being enforced against Jan6ers without an Amendment.
Of course it is ludicrous, but we exist in an era of deliberate fucktardation in there is so much insanity being promoted that it is meant to confuse the minds of the public so they do not know what is right or wrong.
