A fast platform like this, in one on one stealth with the right weapons, would defeat any heavy tank in the world. This is David's sling against Goliath, this is far superior to the Soviet mass tanks formations against Western tanks, as these vehicles are lighter, faster and could out duel any opponent, in added shear numbers.
Thomas Jefferson's military dream was not obsolete. It simply was not capable before the 21st century.
