A semi auto rifle and shooter could make that shot, but the assessment is some wise ass was ordered to put a bullet into that derrick as EVIDENCE of a second shooter, to catch the SS and FBI in their lie. Apparently other casualties were necessary. As these rallies like Jan6 are filled with glow worms, perhaps the man in white who drops, was someone who was not agreeing to the scenario.
It simply is a fact that we were told Mr. Trump was hit, the Fire Chief was brained, some woman was hit in the arm, someone else was hit somewhere and in critical condition and a Congressman's son was grazed in the neck by a bullet.
The Congressman story disappeared immediately. In the video below, we have:

That is a few more people than 3 Two people shot in the back facing away from Crooks is a bit hard to explain, so it is ignored, and that is why the teams sent in, did just that, along with bagging one derrick for evidence hard to get rid of.
I'm not convinced about the water tower having a shooter. There are enough other bullets and people pointing and lookig in other directions to fulfill that Mr. Crooks was not alone.
