Putting the pieces together, Joe Biden has been overruled by the Kaganites and this is going to move with the attempt to force Russia to strike NATO. Russia is preparing in the deep sea cable cuts. Mr. Putin did not breach the subject of war or firing on Germany, which indicates that Germany and perhaps the American mainland are not targets.
