I have no idea what President Trump in his Administration in upholding the majority vote of 73 million Americans will govern with, but the Lame Cherry ponders that these weaponized Obama 5th column in this fomenting insurrection in moving to ignore Federal Law in Civil Rights for Mr. Trump and the Rule of Law by the Constitution, but I'm aware of history.
Back in the day, President Ronald Reagan fell for the "Seatbelt Law" and informed states like South Dakota, either pass the law requiring seat belts, or the Federal Government is going to withhold federal funds.
South Dakota caved like sink hole to the threat.
All of these states Obama Pinko states are addicted to federal handouts. Places like Minnesota in Tampon Tim Walz actually have criminally misappropriated federal money.
So all Mr. Trump has to do, is have his Attorney General announce that federal audits are going to begin of these insurrection states, and until the audit is complete, no federal funds will be issued.
Now an AG like James might think she is Obama immune in a democratic state like New York, but New York City's mayor is already on board with cooperating with Mr. Trump on deportation. The Governor and Legislature of New York are well aware of budgets and the need for federal funds every day. Without federal funds, these Governors are going to be facing a severe backlash from their people and unions like the police for people not getting money due to their insurrection.
AG James can continue on with violations for Civil Rights, but that begins the process of the DOJ wheels turning in her office having to deal with that, and her office having staff that do not want to go to prison over what James is engaged in. The Government of New York will abandon her as she is the problem why federal funds are cut off.
It is a different world now than with President Abraham Lincoln facing a rebellion of slave owners who would not let their slaves go. President Donald Trump has Pinko states who are addicted to government money as they will not let these invader slaves go. Donald Trump does not need a Union Army to deal with these pinko states. All that is required is stopping federal funds for not complying with federal law. These pinko states will collapse in their massive debts in misusing federal and state funds.
Send in ICE to enforce laws, and the moment that these pinko states interfere with that law enforcement, the same rules which were abused against Jan6ers come into play in state officials will be charged with interfering with federal law enforcement.
We should all just as Joe Biden stated, get along and accept the election. It is good advice. Otherwise the abuse which Obama unleashed on Americans by the DOJ and FBI, is a sword which will cut two ways and the persecutors who cheered will become the criminals that the DOJ and FBI are throwing into jail, because it is the law.
