Mr. President Elect, the Lame Cherry apologizes for becoming part of the nattering which is deluging your coming administration with necessities, but as you know there is so much broken in America, there is so much to fix.
I tried to get John the hero McCain to commit to this and this must be addressed because America with economic and energy independence, will be nothing if America does not become food independent.
You really need someone at USDA who is not corporate Bayer, for America as much as Europe. You really need a specialist, not meaning an expert, but someone whose entire purpose is to immediately enact a crash program to build a 7 year stock pile of food, for what is coming to protect your Golden Age.
This is the Joseph Program from the Bible in his time in Egypt when God had him save civilization.
What the simple direction would be, is to enlist as a priority the existing organic farms in America, and to have this group of extended farmers actually farm their soil, instead of massive chemical spraying which is poisoning the food. I do not say end Monsanto, as sell those crops to the world, but go back to the heirloom production crops, pay those farmers a premium for this nutritious, and stock pile it, if there is a 7 year period if no food was produced in America or Europe.
Personally, due to the Board backing you, I would simply direct Canadian farmers to join in this in the production of the reserve.
The crops in this are of laser focus. What you want is bread wheat or hard red spring wheat. I recommend the planting of hulless oats, as it is the rice of dry lands, and people could eat it like wheat without processing.
I would add to this potatoes to be dried, powdered milk and cheese which is what was once the emergency ration supply, again from farmers and not corporate agriculture.
None of these crops could survive being sprayed by Round Up or the new Bayer toxins. Farmers would have to farm in traditional methods of tilling, light 2 4 D weed spraying to control broadleaves and harvest without Round Up spraying.
We are entering a drought period and HAARP has so toxified the soils now that artificial moisture is no longer possible. Irrigation is not the solution as there is not enough water under America to water grain crops. God was Good to America in allowing just enough moisture for traditional crops. Wetlands have a purpose in even when dry, if not drained in the spring, will be the areas which crops will go bumper due to correct soil moisture retained there.
This is too large of subject for a simple post, and I have no suggestions in who would be the person to run this, as this is not that complex, in it just enlists farmers before planting to plant these crops, which is a problem as there is limited seed supply, but the administration could start with GMO wheats and gradually replace them by next year when a seed supply would be available which the government would then market to farmers in this program.
A housewife how runs her household like the First Lady, could accomplish this program. It only needs a Bobby Kennedy go getter to get this going and administer it without corporate influence.
I will probably have more historical posts on various subjects as that is what God has me do, but this is something which needs to be part of thee American triad in food, energy and economics to secure a Trump Golden Age.
