As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
I'm beginning to think the most stupid and worthless people post on Gaytube, as their abundance is overflowing. They do not know how to do jack or shit and basically if you do the opposite you will come out better.
Enter two gun geniuses, and the disclaimer here is everyone who is behind a gun counter or is putting up videos is a genius, as they love the attention of an attention whore and do not know jack or shit about guns, but will lecture at you non stop in their stupid ass conclusions.
My brother was one such fucking idiot. He is dead now and the world is better off. I remember a cousin of mine asked about a handgun. Dude starts telling him about some expensive shit, and I told him, "He can not afford that shit so tell him about some affordable shit". His response was, "I know" well if you know, then why are you telling him about shit he can not afford? IT IS BECAUSE YOU ARE AN ATTENTION WHORE WHO NEEDS TO VALIDATE YOURSELF.
This is about a Rossi Model 92 which is the "affordable" version of the John Wayne 92 Winchesters. Winchester is Belgium made........they suck in price and Henry is American made and they make you sell your soul in what they charge.
So at 850 a Rossi is what is considered a bargain.
Now here for the Darwins on Gaytube.
First up is the Puss. His conclusion is the 92 sucks, because the recoil is so bad..........
Well, the Rossi Model 92 straight up sucks. I see absolutely no reason to buy this gun, as it has only 2 redeeming qualities, only one of which is good: it is light weight (which is why the recoil is unbearable), and it has a great safety. Otherwise, it's the hottest of hot garbage. It's NOT fun to shoot, it's painful. Run away from this gun, because as beautiful as this gun is, it's beauty is quickly diminished once the shooting begins.
OK here is the juice on the Remington 44 Magnum of Elmer Keith's invention. It is a souped up version of the 44 Special. In a pistol, it is loud, the concussion hurts and I see no purpose in it IN A PISTOL. My brother had one, so you know what the problem is there.
In a rifle, with a longer barrel, 16 to 20 inches, more heft, a stock to control it, a 44 Magnum is allot of noise with no recoil compared to a 3 inch 12 gauge lead or 3 1/2 inch lead 10 gauge magnum, even in a heavy shotgun. 30.06 plus loads, meaning elephant guns in a Winchester Model 70 snap and will get your attention, put them into a Ruger and you have a better experience. Recoil is just something you roll with and learn to enjoy, like a woman likes a slap on the ass during sex. Yes people read the Lame Cherry for surprising commentary like that as I catch them napping and surprise them with a wake up line.
Remember men, you have to sleep sometime and the woman never sleeps when it comes to revenge.
So if you are a puss, a pansy, a woke faggot, someone like that Catholic who bought a little pump shotgun named Matt Walsh, get a child's fake gun with a red plug at the end, as that is going to be your kind of recoil. Just remember John Wayne shot these guns one handed while riding horse with a pistol in the other hand and horse reins in his teeth.
You can always shoot 44 Special in your gun if you are a puss, even light load them with a light bullet to help your your wimp. You can also not load up the heavy loads if you are a pansy which are over the counter. Try a cowboy action shooting load as they are meant for recreation, and appeal to men with vagina factors.
Next up we have this guy. He was disappointed, but did not say why in the preamble, so I rely on a commenter who was sorting this geniuses laments out.
Might be the burn rate of the powder, and whether the longer barrel can take advantage of a longer burn time. Your handloads may be using faster powder than some of the OEM ammo, so the longer barrel is just increasing drag.
It seems this drag queen was upset about blems, or blemishes on his gun. I have seen enough Rossi to conclude they are quality firearms, no dents coming out of the factory in Brazil.
From the comments and drag was focused on powder burn, is he was handloading for this rifle. If you have any sense, you know different powders have different burn rates. Some powders are for handguns, some for rifles, and that means short barrels and long barrels.
If you remember the old cartoons of rifle barrels stretching a country mile, you were dealing with black powder and you needed long barrels for larger loads as it burned at one rate. The nitro celluouse powders come in a wide variety. You can get flames to shoot out of a short barrel rifle with a slow burning powder. You can get bullets stuck in a long barrel rifle if you have light loads. The only thing worse than gun counter geniuses are reloading experts. There is this hidden rule that geniuses have. The first rule is the are all Jesse James and can pick up a pistol and win an Olympic medal in target shooting when no one can hit the side of a barn. Second rule is, what they say about a gun is Gospel and that ends the subject on their asstard lack of knowledge. Third, you get a reloading kit and you do not need to read manuals or work up loads as you are a genius and things will just be perfection.
If you are using a speed reader to clock your loads, and it upsets you that you do not have fast loads IN A SHORT LITTLE CARTRIDGE, then you are defying physics. You can not on a teaspoon of gasoline drive your car to California unless you are in California. A pistol cartridge has limited powder, because of short barrels and most people can not handle the recoil of 60 grains of elephant load powder in their hands. In rifles it is manageable. That is why most pistol rounds have under 10 grains of powder.
I adhere to one foundation in rifle or shotgun rounds, and that is how accurate it is and how it kills. The German adage was a moderate load moving at moderate speeds made moderate shooters into accurate killers. Most people are not Colonel Charles Askins in liking his wife's panties flaming hot every time he touched her. Most people just want a gun that looks pretty and is there like Grandma to hand them a cookie every once in awhile
In food terms, you can't make oatmeal into a steak. You can't make a pistol cartridge into a rifle cartridge and if you are afraid of recoil, you are going to think rough sex is a woman digging her fingernails in.
I do not like recoil. I grew up with the gun wizard brother who had to always shoot elephant loads no matter the game. As I grew out of childhood, I started looking at loads and discovered that I could kill ducks with an ounce and a quarter steel load with 2 3/4, 1 shot and it had no spank to it on my shoulder or ears.
Upon learning this, I told my brother about this fun. Immediately he went out and bought 3 inch magnum loads in 1 shot and was shooting them and killing things. He fucking never learned and you could not get anything through his head.
Yes a magnum load will kill a bit further, but it will not make you a better hunter. See I was having fun, sneaking up on sloughs and jump shooting ducks close. If the ducks were further out, I did not shoot them. It is called hunting. I was not needing a duck for a meal to not starve. If I needed food, I would shoot a magnum load. I was enjoying myself in the intimacy of closeness in hunting for food. It is the same way I enjoy putting spent shotgun shells on weeds and shooting at them with a pellet rifle. My brother's daughter relished that too when we were doing that, something he never did, as he never could get it through his skull that marksmanship without loud sounds and the fun of shooting was fun.
I have a tip if you have a gun and are upset about wear on parts as this article says. You can put a coating of oil on those parts and even a LIGHT coating of shoe oil or beeswax. I said LIGHT as you are not frying chickens ok. It will delay things, but the gun will wear in and you will have something with character like John Wayne 92's.
These Rossi carbines are girl size and kid size guns. In the 357, 44 and 45 models they are pot guns and defense guns. They are light, fast, maneuverable and the reason you pack them in a pack, in your pick up, on your horse is they are handy. They are lovely for shooting coyotes up close out your vehicle window which gets you a fine from the gopher police, they are a joy in pasting a turkey.........although again LIGHT LOADS for close range meat hunting. For bigger stuff, poking a hole in a deer with a heavy load and appropriate bullet will suffice.
Just remember that those dinosaur Colt 45 rounds, killed lots of people and brought in allot of game in depopulating the American frontier. You don't have to shoot ball buster loads to get things dead. It is about shot placement ALWAYS.
America if it had Americans running things would be churning out 92 and 94 rifles at affordable prices, but now it is Brazilians with the "cheap" price of 850 which is not cheap. These firearms though are fine if you are not a puss or if our brain is not too big for your head.
That is enough said on this subject.
