There are two names and their science which have been altered and expunged from teaching and they are Maxwell and Heim.
Maxwell was the genius who wrote equations which explored the magnetic universe as a fluid living form. His formulas have all been expunged to a dead science for dead minds in physics.
The other is the German physicists Burkhard Heim who explored this viscous universe of energy in order to move objects faster than the speed of light to travel in outerspace.
Heim's theory also predicts the existence of two hypothetical neutrinos, which have been shown not to exist by experiments at the Large Electron–Positron Collider.
The reasons the neutrinos do not appear to exist, is due to the fact, which either ignorance or deliberate deception is covering up, is that these are bridge neutrinos to a dimension which does not register in this dimension.
Think of it in the Star Trek original episode of Lazarus when all space time winked out. Spock later shows Captain Kirk a glowing tear on the planet which is the center of this event. Spock explains that the reason it was not reported earlier by sensors, is due to it is not there. It was only picked up by deflector shields as they were reacting to it. Heim by mathematical proejection has opened up something of a God dimension in something that is hidden, is there, but can not be detected by sensors in this dimension.
There is allot of this applied science which has been rewritten and edited to exclude what is the basics of Heim and others of long ago, Maxwell's Equations, in there are electromagnetic forces affecting what is the viscosity of what is out there.
It is in this that the German Reich first established that isomers had a property which uranium and pluonium did not have. Isomers of these forms could be made to stop their rotation which will convert almost anything into a fission reaction, not just heavy metals.

It was this theory which Heim formulated for a clean hydrogen bomb, which had not the poisonous radiation of conventional bombs. Heim in his formalas was operating in 8 and 10 dimensions, which is why those nutrinos were missing in this dimension, they were outside this field of relativity and were connecting to a "God" dimension, they were phased matter that joined different "universes".

Heim wanted a practical applications in fuel propulsion and space.
The key to this was hyperdimensional space where all of this was law and fact in not adhering to what is the normal interaction here in space and time.
