It is regrettable to read the memoirs of people you admire and find out they are far too human. I was always impressed with General Vernon Walters, President Ronald Reagan's United Nations Ambassador, but I ponder his shortsightedness as he mistook a good man was the judge, instead of what a person should be marked by, in failed or successful results.
General Walters like President Harry Truman. In looking at his presidency, the only presidents to have failed larger are Jimmy Carter and Barack Hussein Obama. Failure though is not the only mark, as America had to very successful internationalists in Woody Wilson and Frank Roosevelt who were a disaster for America and the world with their world war successes, intrigued out of London and Paris.
I judge Frank Roosevelt as the biggest scourge on America. He was a tyrant who got allot of people murdered in war and it was his fault. In that Roosevelt was shrewd. He destroyed Joseph Kennedy I, who honestly was a good American, because Kennedy was a challenge to Roosevelt's power. As I have always stated, Frank Roosevelt chose Harry Truman to be his Vice President to "ah shucks" the rednecks for the vote and because Truman was dumb as fuck. I mean that when I state Harry Truman was dumb as fuck. Seriously, Frank Roosevelt was an invalid. He was dying of gut cancer. Truman had contact with him, and he was surprised when Roosevelt went tits up. That is dumb as fuck.
Truman had no idea how many communist spies Roosevelt had working for the White House and the Soviet Union knew about the nuclear bomb, probably before Truman. Truman just had no insight. He was naïve Missouri.
Truman lost or handed over China to communists, because he was scared of big war. That is a disaster America is still dealing with.
The reason this is being addressed is Vernon Walters speaks of an infamous meeting between President Truman and General Douglas MacArthur. That meeting over the Korean War was a legacy of Harry Truman which set off mass slaughter of Americans, and still is. It was not just Korea, but the wars which followed, including the Cold War which all began like Vietnam in 65,000 dead Americans, due to Harry Truman being flat ass wrong. Truman and his staff flat assed missed the big picture and for this America is still paying.
The same type of nonsense took place after Abraham Lincoln was assassinated. Then a Rothschild Belmont claque with New York ideas of "benevolence" restrained American Manifest Destiny in booting the French out of Mexico and the British out of Canada according to the Monroe Doctrine. There was a fiction that the Mexican was some kind of brother in the Republics of America, instead of a another worthless slave class of the Vatican.
So America established the victory of World War II, and American leftists wanted to cuddle with that butcher Stalin. General George Patton wanted to join the US Army to the German Army and smash the Soviets off the planet, but he was instead murdered by the same forces still murdering US Presidents.
In like reality, General MacArthur, in Korea, wanted to smash North Korea and then smash the Soviets and Peking communists. That would have ended the trillions wasted in all these wars. America had the nuclear bombs, had the delivery system, and the Soviets could not have matched and delivered the firepower. In short, Russia and China would have been liberated and none of these wars would have taken place since 1950.

Years later, long after he had left the presidency, I was to see Mr. Truman at Independence. I worked up enough courage to ask him a question that had been bothering me for a long time. I said to him, “Mr. President, may I ask you an indiscreet ques¬ tion?” He replied, “Walters, there are no indiscreet questions, only indiscreet answers, and I am a specialist at them. So go right ahead and ask your question.” I then said, “Mr. President, when you arrived at Wake Island and came down the steps from the plane, did you notice that—” Before I could finish the question, he broke in with “Did I notice that MacArthur did not salute the President of the United States. You are goddamned right I noticed.” Then he added in a softer, more philosophical tone, “I was sorry because I knew it meant I was going to have trouble with him, and I did. I fired him and I should have done it long before I did. Right or wrong, he just did not understand how the United States is run.”
This was the nub of their quarrel. President Truman was de¬ termined to keep the war localized on the Korean peninsula and to keep it a limited war. General MacArthur, on the other hand, felt that we must inflict a smashing defeat on the North Koreans or we would have other such limited wars in the future —and we did.
Each man, in a way, was right, but Truman was President and MacArthur did not fully recognize this overwhelming fact. When Truman fired MacArthur many criticized his action, but no one questioned his right as President to do it.
Both were men of iron will and determination and in the end in such a conflict one had to go, and under our system it could only be MacArthur
To read Harry Truman's ego at work that a General had to salute him, and Truman never taking into account why General MacArthur treated him as a dumbfuk, because Harry Truman was a dumbfuk as HISTORY HAS PROVEN, is another Harry Truman moronic miss fire and why Frank Roosevelt chose this moron.
General MacArthur did misjudge the Chicoms, but the reason he misjudged them, is because there were Soviet agents telling the Chinese that Truman was not going to fight, nor use nuclear weapons. Truman should have vaporized Peking, every PLA troop in Korea and north of the Yalu and then dared Stalin in Russia to come out and play.
Harry Truman told his cabinet that he was going to have to be Judged by God for all the young men he sent to die in Korea, before it happened. The dumbfuk never counted the piles of dead American and wealth wasted, because he never put into ashes hundreds of millions communists in Russia and China.
Truman misjudged Douglas MacArthur and revealed the shortsightedness of Truman in stating that MacArthur did not understand thee American System. MacArthur did understand. He knew he was the intelligent one in the situation and the stupid one should have comprehended that the system does not blindly salute the dumbfuk in the White House from Missouri.
If America had had any leadership and got out of the way of George Patton and Douglas MacArthur, we would have inherited a world of generations of peace, instead all we got were Harry Truman's little dick wars for the profits of the feudal few.
