At the moment, the Russians have the high moral ground. Removing Zellinskyy who is on his way out, would equalize that, and Russia would lose position. I honestly would that President Trump would order Secretary of State Marco Rubio to gather a conference of Ukrainians, Julia Tymenshenko chairing it, with leaders of the Ukrainian Diaspora, to establish a Ukraine for the Future memoranda. This would weaken Zellinskyy and it would provide a working group for Ukraine which would be able to be plugged in, when Russia starts eliminating these terrorists.
This is not just knowing where the bunkers are, because Russia has known this from the start of this war. This is about comprehending that when Russia stated this was now a terrorist operation, this group of terrorists scattered to their isolated cells. They are not going to gather, travel, attend, nor meet with their outliers in person. The outliers get tracked and that gets a hypersonic shoved down your bunker hole. It will be secure communications and from a distance.

Syrsky eliminated fragments the military so the society concludes the state has ended and now actions can be taken which they would be penalized previously for.
