US President Donald Trump is acting according to the plan developed for him before taking office. This was stated during a closed meeting with students of Kyiv School of Economics by the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Kirill Budanov❶.
According to Budanov ❶, Trump acts strictly according to a plan prepared in advance for him without any improvisations.
"Six months before his presidential term, a program document was developed for him. It, as I remember, had 838 pages. And everything he does has been clearly described, calculated and explained why and why," said Budanov [1], whom he quotes "Время.иа ".
