Vladimir Zellinskyy has finally pushed Russia to a place of response to the European Union. Notice in the below that he is not stating NATO, but is stating the EU.

This comes at the time of Russia is about to gain victory in Ukraine in 6 months and this will be over. That is why Moscow is hammering Kiev. It wants the regime driven out and Moscow wants Kiev on the west bank in Russian hands and compatriots.
So will Zellinskyy release the plague, or will Russia in this gambit be able to cause political upheaval in Europe and regime changes? That is the reason that the Kremlin has been going slow and absorbing loss to not escalate this, but the fact is that Russia is going to make the EU pay for these terror attacks now in a Russian way. Economic hits would be the most logical as Europe is in collapse. We shall see though as Medvedev is warning that the line has reaches the penalty phase and not the threatening phase.
