Long Distance Prep Food

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Three years ago, I was scoping around to see if any holes were in the prep food supply we had, as I am not a Rense bean addict who can eat them every day for every meal without going nuts.

I noted some Malt o Meal, expensive, but remembered it as a kid and I liked it, but it kind of made me sicker with the problems I was having with my digestion. I figured I could trade it and eating even this was better than eating air, so I got a few boxes and left them set.

One box got damaged and not wanting to throw it away after 3 years, I poured it in a plastic bag and was impressed that there were not meal worms in it. What that means I do not know at the moment as I'm eating some as I type this.

The thing is as TL made this stuff, is that it does not taste like a cardboard box which oatmeal does times 10. When I was a kid in emergency housing, I was fed oatmeal that must have come off the boat with the Quakers. Was all there was to eat, so I ate it, but I still remember, like my first sleepover.......I got fricking oatmeal. The mother made oatmeal snot soup. Never have been a fan of oatmeal as it does not play well with humans.

This Malt o Meal did ok though in no special storage. The rats and mice did not attack it and now it is still a food product when allot of beans in the can would be turning the can that off colour which is not advisable to eat.

As no one is doing long range honest tests on prep food and yes you should still have your prep food in high food prices and what we are uncertain of, but this is an honest review. I was surprised in no old box taste, no rancid grain oil taste and no bugs in the cereal.

smacks gute.
