As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
When Barack Obama raped the world with his Green Scheme, forcing Americans to pay 3 times the cost for electric and turning the lights out in Europe, he has never been made to pay with prison over this in his image, but normal people still struggle on, and I wanted to share real green technology.
In order to try and heal up my insides, I started eating some yogurt. That is a surprise as a decade ago a as a kid that chit about killed me due to candida overload. I always look at things though that should be thrown away and the Holy Ghost Inspires. In the above are those odd little Yoplait containers upside down to eat and I started saving them in thinking they might work for seed sprouting, and tried them out.
I cut the bottoms out with a utility knife and found I could stab myself too.
I then got dampened potting soil............found out that you add water to it to get it damp if it is dry, and knead it like bread dough and you get the right soil consistency. I then pack them with this compost, set them on a plastic ice cream pale top which is recycled, plant the seeds, put a layer of compost on top and into the seed sprouter it goes.
I LOVE my seed sprouter. Is in the old blog, but all I did was gut an incubator, wire it up for the fan and a light, which both have an electric light switch so I can turn them off and on, and bought a lizard heating pad. The lowest setting runs my sprouter at 85 degrees. In the above photos, those Charentais melons were up in 2 days. This sprouter by God's Genius is amazing in how fast it will sprout things. I also had Reisentraub and a White Japanese Honeydew up in just 2 1/2 days.
What is nice about the plastic yogurt containers is, the plants as long as you do not let them get too big, just slip out the bottom with the dirt and the V is down and all comes out easily without injuring the roots. You can always repot them to bigger containers as this is the baby nursery after all, but this is real green. These will not dry out like peat moss. These will not break like clay pots. These will not slit like commercial containers in a year or two. These are last past Jesus coming back. They fit really well in my sprouter and nothing dries out as everything is up and growing so fast.
You don't have to go all Roy Underhill on this either like me in projects. You can get a clear plastic tote that is about the size of a lizard heating pad, but the pad on a pot holder, put your stuff on the pad and cover it with the tote. Nothing complicated in that as 85 degrees is not going to melt plastic yogurt containers. If you like, I have a toaster over rack that I put my ice cream pale lids on to keep it off the pad and I have one under it too to keep it off the bottom of the old microwave.
OK another million dollar idea for you to exploit. Am trying to fill in with the norm things of life as everyone who is a Faithful person should have their ducks in a row, and can benefit from some projects they can do which makes life fun in these frowner times.
