Hal Turner has come to the conclusion after whoring for London over Iran and other areas, that as the British can not raise revenues to pay for defense spending, that it is time for the United States to let them go.
This is simplistic as most Hal analogies are. Simple in his call for a Westphalian Order where each state is sovereign in itself.

Britain is going to abandon its goal of spending three percent (3%) of GDP on defense.
The target was originally set by the then-Defense Secretary of the kingdom, John Healey, according to the Financial Times. The newspaper reports that he is now set to abandon it himself. The reason is simple: the British treasury cannot afford it.
Ambitious goals are being scaled back in favor of harsh realities: currently, there is a five billion pound shortfall in the defense budget. This amount is not enough to finance the long-term defense investment plan adopted this year.

So all the British posturing with President Trump about increasing its Defense Spending to comport with its NATO Obligations, was a deliberate ruse. The Brits lied to Trump. In fact, it looks as though they've been lying about it literally for YEARS!
In the meantime, those same Brits have pushed and pushed and pushed the Russia-Ukraine Conflict so militantly, that we are all, right now, standing at the precipice of World War 3 between NATO and Russia.
How is it that a puny country, with a pipsqueak military, would dare to engage in such deception with the United States, while simultaneously pushing for a war with Russia that would have to be fought primarily BY the United States? Treachery. Psychosis.
I am of the opinion that the British Government is severely mentally ill and cannot be saved.
Its treachery and deception, combined with its militant war-mongering, deliberate lies, and now outright failure to honor its word should, in my view, result in the United States cutting them off from Trade, cutting them out of any "special relationship" and moving on with our own affairs.
Our Founding Fathers cut ties with them in 1776 - for very good cause. Clearly, they have only gotten worse since then.
I think there is no hope for the British; especially now that their own government is committing national suicide by importing vast numbers of third-world savages, and jailing citizens who dare complain about it.

With respect to the Ongoing Russia-Ukraine trouble, Thirty-five years of perfidy and broken promises after the Cold War produced this crisis.

First, we are not going to get a thermonuclear war. We might get a regional tactical nuclear war, but the thermonuclear war is not going to happen, as President Trump has shifted to economic warfare where this should be fought.
While I agree on the Westphalia rights, it is not feasible for the United States. America does require something, but it is more in line with the Dr. Henry Kissinger Spheres of Influence than independent states who should not be allowed to decide things as they do not behave themselves.

In context, everything Hal Turner has been pissing and moaning about is the solution which President Trump is employing. For the United States to stay secure and not in a nuclear or any other war, the first stability must be the Dollar and the E Coin value must be controlled by the United States.
Control this with the inflationary spiral which is existing and it is as David Stockman stated, New York City has a bigger commerce than all of Russia. There are some things to agree with in what has taken place even if it has harmed each of us economically.
The problem in all of this is International Socialism of Frank Roosevelt and everyone involved in it from that time, except Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and Donald Trump. International Socialism is not National Socialism of Adolf Hitler. IS is what you experience in robbing you, degrading you to 3rd world status where the rich rule the few by the police state.
The enemy in this has been two factions which work together. The British who intrigue everywhere and have one pariah policy of rapine in the world so their island leads. The Jewish pawn brokers who lend the money in order to gain the usury in perpetual debt. London stole back all of Lend Lease which America had, and which the Germans under Martin Bormann injected into the US economy after World War II. Those 40 trillion in debt did not disappear. They are in someones account, but you are led to believe the money is gone. The money is not gone. It was looted from Americans.
What is required in the next step of this is the eradication of the British System and the Jewish pawn brokers for another system. E coin is dealing with the pawn brokers. The British are being cut off by Mr. Trump gaining control of oil in Iran and Venezuela. NEVER forget that London sets the time in the world and sets oil prices so they can be ahead of everyone else in the looting and market speculation.
As the economics are being sorted out. the next phase of this is security. America can not dump the UK or someone else will take those islands, just as General MacArthur kept the Emperor of Japan in power to stop the communist takeover of Japan.
America needs Japan on the Pacific and needs England on the Atlantic. For lack of better pawns to draw fire, American needs Germany to rise with a group for defense of the European colony and needs India to be a bulwark against China for the defense of Asia.
These then will be trading platforms and prospering partners of the United States.
The English need to be liberated from their Norman lords who have caused most of the problems in this world in the last centuries. In that, President Trump must inherit the Commonwealth. For those who do not know history, Benjamin Franklin foresaw where America was part of England yet, but as an equal, in its massive wealth and population. This did take place in independence, but the British slaughtered the population of the United States in wars for their benefit. There was only manipulation which weakened America to where she is now.
In this, London must be a colony of America, as much as Canada and Australia must become colonies of the United States, with a White ruling class in South Africa restored for that foothold in Africa.
Europe must become a colony and South America must become what Venezuela is becoming a satellite of the United States. A war would be beneficial to ship all the invaders to America and Europe off to the steppes of Asia to die to deal with that surplus population.
In this, Germany, Japan and whoever is most stable in South America must be the ViceTrumps of those spheres of influence unions for their own stability and for the stability of this American Order.
The problem is not thee American System. The problem is the enemies foreign and domestic who have hijacked the system and those who have preyed upon Americans.
So the "British" which means Covenant People as in Ephraim is the brother American Manasseh in Joseph of the Lost 10 Tribes do not exists. The Anglo or English exist, the Saxon or Sons of Isaac exist, as much as the Irish, as much as the Scots who are Lost 10 too. The Monarchy though has been hijacked as that is the Throne of Christ through David which I have written of. These Normans are Benjaminites a brother of the English and Americans, but they should not possess that throne and went out enslaving the island peoples and the world while exterminating the English. The English, whose lines are in exile in Scandinavia after 1066 AD in the year of our Lord, must be restore to the Throne of Christ. This is where all the troubles originate from.
The last thing the world needs is a return to the Westphalia independent states, as it only bred wars as most people are bad actors.
So Russia should have her federalized sphere. When China is broken up from the Peking dictatorship it should have a confederacy sphere. Japan and Germany and Argentina should have their sphere with the United States setting the moral standard in economic stability where Theodore Roosevelt advocated "healthy competition" among nations for the advancement of humanity.
This is what is being ushered in. The Bible states another order arises in the old Babylonian system out of Europe which fights against Christ, but a Christian Order is what is being worked for and it is the positive which should be supported, even if it will fail.
I view this as Christ returning in the aftermath of this, then there will be enforced peace as the majority of people will be dead.
This examination should provide understanding in the discussion of all of this. I appreciate Hal Turner's first dimensional remarks in his reactions, which do not employ beyond letter B from letter A when Mr. Trump's alphabet has him projecting into the future for all of our prosperity.
It is a mess now, but it was a mess before. Thee only reason the British ever rose was due to God's Blessing as imparted by Jacob. They did so as pirates, exploiters, speculators and enslavers. Their trade was the Nigger, Turkish opium, and whatever rapine they could get from their colonies via their East India and Hudson Bay plundering syndicates. The British have never produced anything except thievery, war and rapine.
Britain should not die. It should be more like China, chopped up into Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England, and forming a confederacy of stalemate so they can be managed out of Trumpsphere.
The seers relate that the Tin Island sinks into the ocean at the end. Britain will die, but by the Hand of God. It is prudent to get the best use out of these British before they are discarded in their mixed cloth of enslaving others.
