As I doubt Lara Loomer is getting her intelligence from United States agencies, it would be a conclusion that her sources on Russia are her new hip mates in Kiev, her Bulan heritage of the whispering Mosaad, with a note passed from British intelligence as they are always up to intrigue.

Lying about suppling weapons to a country you were fighting with, would assassinate with a heart attack.

So if someone supplies weapons to Iran or lied about supplying weapons to some country, Lara Loomer would assassinate them.
