People have a soul, a seed bed for the Spirit of God, This soul can be seered to be evil, or remain neutral or good. It still requires the Spirit to change from an energy which God can destroy in hell, to a Spirit which is Life or one which is tormented in eternal death, hence people who have the Holy Ghost Spirit in them, and return to darkness are sealed like demons, so this "spirit" from God sown in is like the Angelic energy, and can be corrupted by humans.

It must be a frequency that is either God in scope as it would constantly overcome darkness, thereby tormenting the demon and apostate. In theory, it would be possible to create such a frequency to torment or drive evil away in this world.
