In resolution, the proliferation of the English peoples should necessitate the following repetition of the past histories of the Anglo Saxon, but instead of colonization of other continents, the reality of the colonization of space in the form of moon, interspace, planets and planetoids for exploitation of resources should be the national project of the Parliament of the British peoples.
