Whenever one starts seeing those locations coming up, as in the Obama Osseiran connection out of Lebanon in using like schemes to launder money through the West Indies to gain control of American enterprises as only covered here, it is a reality that the money which was flowing into South Dakota, was money off the books which was being hidden, and meant to be legitimized in proper businesses.
