Most of you have forgotten already the Barack Obama moment of turning the American Panama Canal over to China of the Jimmy Carter years, in image Obama turned the American internet control over to the global elite in ending American management of ICANN, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, which Americans created.
To explain this in layman's terms, every time you click on Drudge, Lame Cherry, DuckDuckGo, there is a list of numbers like a street address which your browser sends out and communicates this is the address your computer is to go. The system has a finite number of addresses in the billions, and the numbers which are like 102.87.44.44, are running out we are told in the IPv4 or Internet Protocol version 4.
To fix this, ICANN devised a new IP numbering system called IPV6, which adds two more blocks of numbers (e.g., 192.168.2.14.231.58). This scheme provides for 3.4×1038 addresses, or 340 trillion, 282 billion, 366 million, 920 thousand, 938 — followed by 24 zeroes. There is probably a way to say this number, but I cannot imagine what it would be. It’s somewhere beyond a trillion trillion unique numbers for every human being on earth!
If you remember when the cartel stole all the broadcasting frequencies in America and made people switch over to digital, we were told the same story and here it is again. Of course the new trillion upon trillion version of internet addresses in IPv6 will not work with IPv4......yes of course the same geniuses who brought you Apple and Microsoft in the systems will not communicate, could not just place a patch on IPv4 to add the trillions of numbers, because that would make sense, but there is not any money in that, and that is what this is all about according to a Patrick Wood, who has been working on this issue.

Incompatibility
. IPv6 is not directly compatible with IPv4.
There are technologies that enable the two to communicate but
IPv4 is liable to survive a long time into the future, so bridging
technnology will be needed for a significant period of time.

Demand
. There is currently little or no demand for a move to
IPv6 from paying customers. But all applications need an
upgrade, and in that regard, application sellers have work to do.
Some predict that a widespread shift to IPv6 will only occur once
the cost of running on IPv4 starts rising due to scarcity
All of this plotting is over 75 years old and is based not upon you wanting things like food which farmers produce, to a new "monetary system" which is based upon the electricity someone holds you hostage over and your being extorted money for it. All of this is about "social engineering" which is what the Lame Cherry was warning you about in the Socio Conglomerates, as the Clinton Foundation in the NGO's controlling everything and monitoring all of what you do.
What is unclear about this? Sustainable Development, or Technocracy, is a resource-driven economic model regulated by energy rather than by supply and demand plus monetary currencies. In 1938, the original Technocrats defined Technocracy as “the science of social engineering, the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population.
The monitoring is where the money is, because a number of these monitoring conditioning have begun to be implemented, such as your power meters and your "can you hear me now" on your WIFI data usage. All of this is the first step to what is the end control.
But, this concept was set in history long before the technology existed. The original bible of Technocracy, the Technocracy Study Course (1934), laid out the hard requirements necessary for its implementation:
- “Register on a continuous 24 hour-per-day basis the total net conversion of energy.
- “By means of the registration of energy converted and consumed, make possible a balanced load.
- “Provide a continuous inventory of all production and consumption
- “Provide a specific registration of the type, kind, etc., of all goods and services, where produced and where used
- “Provide specific registration of the consumption of each individual, plus a record and description of the individual.” [Scott, Howard et al, Technocracy Study Course, p. 232]
What Mr. Wood has not connected in this, is Al Gore. Yes this is follow the money, but this is about the same carbon tax scam of selling something which does not exist and trading it for what does not exist.
How much do you want to bet that as the 3rd world can not afford IPv6, that they get to "keep" IPv4 and all of the American nations of the first world get to switch over and pay for IPv6, in an Obamacare single payer nominal fee, which keeps escalating, and you only breathe and work, to feed credits to the energy machine, whereby you are rationed death, by getting fat ass Muchelle Obama tofu rations.
The scheme does not matter, but what does matter is this is an energy credit issue which President Donald Trump is going to have to deal with, in issuing the reality that America never handed over ICANN and never will, and will continue to work with it's ally Russia on the new IPv6 as America never handed that over to the United Nations, as it is a matter of national security, and no one in the globalist control is going to turn Americans into energy whores owned by energy pimps.
