The Alleged Kurt Eichenwald

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

It is confusing that when President Trump states that image Obama wiretapped him, and that MI6 was behind it, that the press mocks that statement as alleged.

Yet when this odd Kurt Eichenwald that Tucker Carlson wipes the floor with, claims a person who sent him a strobe, that is caused a seizure, the press reports it as fact, without any evidence noted in at least two doctor's reports under oath.

The FBI has arrested a man accused of sending Dallas reporter Kurt Eichenwald a tweet that triggered an epileptic seizure.

For this Eichenwald complaint, a nationwide manhunt took place from Texas to Maryland, which involved the FBI.

Again I am confused in this, in the FBI can find some guy for spouting off on Twitter, but it can not find the myriad of leakers engaged in an insurrection in America, which Kurt Eichenwald is a part of in creating poison talking points, which is what Tucker Carlson was mopping the floor with him over.

I remember the things Lawrence Sinclair went through in  threats on his life, and when the FBI was contacted, the FBI would not do a thing about it. Yet when Kurt Eichenwald files a report, the entire FBI goes ballistic and is not finished yet as they are now tracking 40 others who sent strobes to this Eichenwald, which apparently did not cause seizures.

On Friday, Eichenwald said that more than 40 people sent him strobes once they found out that they could trigger seizures.
FBI spokeswoman Lauren Hagee said the FBI cannot comment on ongoing investigations, but Eichenwald tweeted that the agency has details of the other cases of strobes and urged those people to "stop sending them."

This is huge news apparently at Justice as there is an entire webpage dealing with this.

Maryland Man Arrested for Cyberstalking

A Maryland man was arrested today on a federal criminal complaint charging him with cyberstalking a Dallas, Texas resident, announced Acting Assistant Attorney General Kenneth A. Blanco of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas.
John Rayne Rivello, 29, of Salisbury, Maryland, was arrested in Maryland today on a criminal complaint filed in the Northern District of Texas.  The complaint was unsealed today following his initial appearance in the District of Maryland.
According to the allegations in the affidavit filed with the complaint, on Dec. 15, 2016, the victim, who is known to suffer from epilepsy, received a message via Twitter from Rivello.  The tweet contained an animated strobe image embedded with the statement, “You deserve a seizure for your post.”  Upon viewing the flashing strobe image the victim immediately suffered a seizure.
Additionally, according to the affidavit, evidence received pursuant to a search warrant showed Rivello’s Twitter account contained direct messages from Rivello’s account to other Twitter users concerning the victim.  Among those direct messages included statements by Rivello, including “I hope this sends him into a seizure,” “Spammed this at [victim] let’s see if he dies,” and “I know he has epilepsy.”  Additional evidence received pursuant to a search warrant showed Rivello’s iCloud account contained a screenshot of a Wikipedia page for the victim, which had been altered to show a fake obituary with the date of death listed as Dec. 16, 2016.   Rivello’s iCloud account also contained screen shots from epilepsy.com with a list of commonly reported epilepsy seizure triggers and from dallasobserver.com discussing the victim’s report to the Dallas Police Department and his attempt to identify the Twitter user.
The charges contained in a criminal complaint are merely accusations, and a defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

It amazes me what law enforcement after Obama is. In the West they murdered LaVoy Finicum and are throwing everyone into prison named Bundy for being on their own taxpayer property and now over 40 people are being investigated and charged for "cyberstalking" or whatever is as there is no information on what Rivello is charged with. All there is, is the disclaimer that it is all Eichenwald's accusations.

In looking at this snowflake justice, there is a point that as the Federals are prosecuting this, along with all of these other Citizens, that they had better get a conviction, because when a Jury finds Rivello not guilty, that means that Eichenwald will be libel for court costs and Rivello will no doubt by that time find some very enterprising civil attorney which will file a billion dollar lawsuit for Rivello and these 40 other Citizens for a major payoff.

William Shakespeare wrote of this long ago in the Merchant of Venice in the Jew, Shylock wanted his pound of flesh from a Citizen who could not pay the loan. The courts beholding the law, found a way to make the law work against Shylock.

The world is a place like Tarzan said in the tides of battle turn. Jesus always warned to settle things out of court instead of dragging people into court, as the courts would turn against you.

This is a case which should have been refused by the FBI and Kurt Eichenwald informed to stop causing problems as J. Edgar Hoover would have ended this. Instead, we have this going in and what happens in this then, that the things Eichenwald states which give people headaches, means the FBI should be arresting him due to criminal complaints.

America has real problems in terrorists and those involved in a coup against President Trump. This stuff in Beaver Cleaver's day used to be settled on the playground. Now everyone in the snowflake blizzard is making incivility on the right a crime, and the uncivil on the left are protected by the police state.
