I am not going to waste a great deal of time on this, but simply to note that there are several sulfuric acid lakes associated with volcanoes around the globe, and for those nations so blessed by these lakes, a policy should be embarked upon for self sufficiency and modernization for these peoples.
What it would entail is laying a lead grid to produce a massive super cell battery, which would be charged by solar cell panels, and through the utilization of super conductor cables move this electricity to their rural populations to progress their lives to the modern age of comforts and end their suffering.
All of these nations as Indonesia, should embark on a regional project to light up their worlds, including Japan, as there will never be radioactive meltdown in these crater lake batteries.
Such acid lakes are also found on the volcanoes Kusatsu-Shirane (Japan) and Poas (Costa Rica)
This is not a fix for the entire world, but it fixes several regions to make life better, and increases the industry of sulfur mining with heavy equipment so production is increased and these regions become trading partners enhancing themselves and the global economy.
