I must say this is a novel twist in why the government has been covering up so many things about the Texas Church Massacre, from it being racial and religious generated, but also the new twist in someone in the Pentagon has been allowing criminals in the military to not be reported to the federal criminal data base, so they are arming themselves.
A day after a gunman massacred parishioners in a small Texas church, the Air Force admitted on Monday that it had failed to enter the man’s domestic violence court-martial into a federal database that could have blocked him from buying the rifle he used to kill 26 people.
Under federal law, the conviction of the gunman, Devin P. Kelley, for domestic assault on his wife and toddler stepson — he had cracked the child’s skull — should have stopped Mr. Kelley from legally purchasing the military-style rifle and three other guns he acquired in the last four years.“The Air Force has launched a review of how the service handled the criminal records of former Airman Devin P. Kelley following his 2012 domestic violence conviction,” the Air Force said in a statement.The statement said Heather Wilson, the Air Force secretary, and Gen. David Goldfein, the Air Force chief of staff, had ordered the Air Force inspector general to “conduct a complete review of the Kelley case.”The Air Force also said it was looking into whether other convictions had been improperly left unreported to the federal database for firearms background checks.
For those who have never filled out the BATFE form, it takes a number of minutes, requires all your information for identification, and it asks specific questions on criminality, so there is no doubt when Devin Kelley was asked if he was a convicted criminal, a wife beater etc... he knew for certain he was in violation of federal law in filing that report and would go to prison for this.
This information then is phoned into the FBI, where it is checked, and a delay of 5 minutes to days takes place, often enough with rejections.
In this, it appears that Devin Kelley was the tip of an iceberg, which makes one question just who it was in the Pentagon who put a glitch into the system to arm felons booted out of the military. Kelley could not have engineered this. What is the focal point of this though is Devin Kelley was absolutely certain he was "out of the system", including a rape charge, and he was not setting off the normal FBI bells.
Now why would Devin Kelley and so many others be set loose on the streets of America?
Would it perhaps be convenient for those in the deep state promoting upheaval, violence and the constant battle of gun control, to turn loose like Beau Bergdahl a myriad of trained killers, off balance and certain to go postal in next decade.
So you understand this completely, this is the United States Military. Personnel who do not do their duty, face court martial and end up in prison. This is JAG, Military Police, Provost Marshal, NCIS, these people are sticklers for every detail. There is not any way that the Military Authorities did not forward information to the FBI National Data Base, unless there was something in another program which caused these sticklers to stand down.
Do you realize the holy hell that comes down on personnel, if for example they do not enter in a wife beaters name and he goes off and shoots up a Church? The Air Force General gets asked by the President, the Chief of Staff, the Congress just what happened. They then very loudly ask the military law enforcement just how he is now in hot water about to be retired, along with hosts of other Air Force brass.
What is the question now in this, is who in the Barack Obama political officer military ordered that the military would stand down, as for the military to disregard standing orders, means new orders were cut.
It perhaps reveals why everyone has been so silent in this, in those investigating recognize this is something in which their lives will become very interesting, if they do not pretend that everything is legitimate.
These stories are coming out of the New York Times CIA. The Times has been noting that something is very off about the Las Vegas Massacre and are now in their deliberate way pointing to another deep state operation which is troubling their deep state sensibilities.
