Following the logic of Donald Trump that the government can confiscate guns and charge people later in courts, it should follow then that democrats can just remove Trump now and see what Robert Mueller finds later.
As far as Trump's lawsuits against him, let us just seize Trump Tower and all Donald Trump has and worry about the lawsuits later.
This is Trump Law so it should be the law of the land in Trump logic.
Of course that is asinine and Donald Trump knows this. Perhaps soon I will inform you what is really taking place.
What is most important though is the following in explaining what an assault weapon is. I saw someone yesterday trying to explain it, and they were wrong.
Ok this is an assault weapon in what it looks like:
This is a MP 40. Note the sliding rear stock, making it more compact. It is light. It is an automatic, not a semi automatic, and it is called an assault rifle, because Soldiers carried them to assault enemy positions, like at Normandy or the Russian Front.
The German Wehrmacht was very interested in these compact arms as were the American Marines in their Grease Guns which is the M 3 model
This is not an assault weapon, in the M 16 or civilian AR 15. It has nothing to do with being a full auto which makes an assault weapon an assault weapon. It has to do with it being compact and used to assault enemy positions.
See they do look different in one looks like something the Waffen SS or a US Marine would carry, and the other looks like something regular army would be deployed with which one can not conceal.
Next as Mr. President is stating that bump stocks are machine guns, as I have already covered this, I place before you a machine gun, so you can see what big, heavy, belt fed machines they are which are not easily transportable
See you are not going to scale the rocks at Normandy or go on patrol with this slung over your shoulder in concealing it.
For your information, the M 40 is legal, providing you have a Class 3 weapons permit from the ATF. The AR 15, you have to fill out ATF forms and pass a background check. The M2 is legal with the same Class 3 weapons permit. Note none of these firearms can be purchased or kept, without government controls already in place.
What is different in this, is Donald Trump is banning bump stocks where law abiding people can not get an ATF permit. Donald Trump is banning 18 to 21 year olds from owning firearms which is their right. Donald Trump is also making it a law to search your private medical files to see if you were depressed, if you took sleeping pills or some hint of a reason to keep you from owning a gun, and in that Donald Trump wants to send in the FBI, to blast down your door as they did Paul Manafort and his wife, strip search you in the dark, and seize all of your guns, and then confine you to a mental institution, because 20 years ago when you had a baby, you had the blues afterwards.
But Wednesday we learned that the Trump White House. . . might not be all that different from the Clinton White House on guns after all. During a meeting with Vice President Pence and senior senators. . .
Finally, Trump contradicted his own vice president’s assurances about due process and basically contended that the government should seize firearms from people it deems dangerous and go back and get legal justification later.
- Trump endorsed the Assault Weapons Ban.
- Trump endorsed background checks for private sales at gun shows.
- Trump endorsed raising the age to purchase firearms to 21.
- He declared the top priority of the NRA since Trump’s election, concealed carry reciprocity, “will never pass.” (This bill would ensure that if you have a valid concealed carry permit in your home state, you are allowed to carry a concealed weapon in any state.)
- He contended members of Congress were “petrified of the NRA” and that he was not. “They have great power over you people. They have less power over me.”
“Take the firearms first, and then go to court,” Trump said. “Because that’s another system. Because a lot of times, by the time you go to court, it takes so long to go to court, to get the due process procedures — I like taking the guns early. Like in this crazy man’s case that just took place in Florida, he had a lot of firearms. They saw everything — to go to court would have taken a long time. So you could do exactly what you’re saying, but take the guns first, go through due process second.”
As stated, if I have time in my poverty, I will fill you in on what this is all about, but you now have the facts before you to know what an assault weapon is, what a military weapon is, and what a machine gun is, and to know that the Constitution does not make any exceptions in any of these arms, no more than a pocket knife or a sword is differentiated as an "arm to keep and bear".
For facts in this, the Nazi's are always held up as the worst insult, but in the things Donald Trump has stated and the Marinonette has advocated, they have gone far beyond what the Nazi's engaged in or are accused of engaging in.
In mirrored ways Donald Trump is a Neo Fascist in the order of New Dealer Franklin Roosevelt who shattered American laws for national socialist control. Franklin Roosevelt passed the first Gun Control Act in 1934 disarming Americans in the guise of "keeping tommy guns out of Al Capone's hands" and FDR confiscated private ownership of gold from Americans.
Mr. Trump mirrors this neo fascism by his policies.
So there is an apology to the Nazi's, as while they are the emblem of evil, Americans have not yet come to the understanding that the real threat to American liberty in 1940 was not Adolf Hitler, but the despot in the White House who was there for 4 terms in Franklin Roosevelt.
